Again, EVERYTHING that you get for free in your life, everything, has a price and somebody paid for it. It didn't fell from a tree... From a sample in the supermarket to a phone you win in a contest. Somebody paid for those. And it doesn't change the fact that the costumer gets them for free.

And, again, if you're claiming that the tickets are more expensive this tour partly because of this ticket bundle, then they should only be WHEN there's a CD bundle. Once it's over, they should be cheaper again. Otherwise, stop claiming they're more expensive because of that... or clearly they're stealing money to all those buying tickets from next week onwards to pay for the money they (Pink/promoter/label) lost by giving those albums for free on 1st week...

And I'll leave it here. We're not going to agree...

Even if you hadn't paid that maybe the artist wouldn't be at loss? Just wondering.
Considering how much her tickets price went up, she'd be hardly at loss. As I said. It's not like random artists are doing this. Only big touring artists are because otherwise it's not profitable. You need to have high tickets price in order for this to work out.
I hadn't actually think about this (the fact older and/or huge touring acts engage in bundles). Makes sense to me. :)

Kesha and Lana del Rey did it too recently for their US tours and they're not touring forces with expensive tickets, though...

lol they are not stealing any money. They just decided to lose part of their income. Your whole claim was that those albums were for free: so that was my answer. By the way they are not forced to reduce the tickets price once the bundle is over, since they are actually earning from it part of the profit they lost before. Yeah, I would agree that it's not exactly fair to the people who'll buy tickets after the bundle is over, but so isn't fair the whole re-sale practise. Nobody is stealing anything. Besides, in P!nk's case, there won't be much tickets left after this week. If you look at ticketmaster, 70% of the tickets left are basically on re-sales. Nobody is forcing people to buy tickets. They come with a price and they can decide to buy them or not.

But yeah, agree to disagree, I guess.

Yes, there a few artists who are using bundles even without very high priced tickets. I guess it wuold be less profitable for them, but it's up to their marketing team. There are probably other cons for them. But usually we see big touring artists doing this, like Madonna years ago.

When a female artist has an album bundle, it's a SCANDAL.

When a male artist/group has an album bundle, no one says a god damned word.

^^^ This s UKMix. Most care about divas. So many are extra critical. Everyone wants their diva to be on top, and their diva alone.

p!nk have massive 44 US Tour dates, probably around 610k tickets.
usually around 30% goes ticket bundle, so around 180k If she sold out them all.
I guess around +150k for ticket bundle.

without bundle, she still could sell 180~200k pure which is same number as her 2013 album.
amazing. and considering she's getting great airplay all around world, the album will be fine in later.
she never had problems with airplay recent albums..

Since this ticket bundle is only effective for this week, if I buy my tickets next week or in two months, will my tickets be $10 cheaper? They should be, since they’re not giving me the album anymore and that price supossedly had the album included...
But we all know it won’t be like that and price will probably be the same without the album.
You can bet it will be the same, or even go up, since most of the tickets left will be on re-sale by then. The fact is: when you redeem your album, someone is paying for it. Nothing comes for free. The price shall be deducted from the amount you paid for that ticket, meaning someone will make less profit from it. It may be the artist, or the Tour production company, or maybe both, but still, nothing, nothing comes for free. It's pure marketing. I guess you can agree with it or disagree. But there's no doubt that someone is paying for those records, and that they are being sold.
Exactly - because the ticket selling company, the tour organizer and the record label are three different companies

NEW RELEASES:
WAY IN THE P!NK (UPDATE)

P!nk should land on top of our SPS chart on Friday with the fourth-largest debut YTD. Beautiful Trauma will also collect 2017's largest opening week for a female artist.

In other words: BIG.

P!nk (RCA) 360-385k SPS, 340-370k album

In news regarding trauma that is not so beautiful, we probably shouldn’t have chased the gin with Slivovitz.

Naw sis but pop sales like that keep my hopes up when the "forward-thinking, trendy" streaming audience would rather stan for some straight up trash like Post Malone or Cardi B.

Besides when I stan for someone, I'm never this reserved. I always have my ratchet phraseology on hand such as, "YASSSSS KWEEN!"
