No, that's not my point of view. Beyoncé isn't even the best selling artist in the world and that matters little.
What I find fascinating is how some are able to make predictions when stuff like ticket bundles are included, that don't reflect at all an act's album-selling power but their ability to attract people to live shows, which can be an entirely different kind of audience, ask U2 or Madonna for example.
These numbers will forever be inflated and they're as deceitful as the "equivalent units" formula that puts free streaming (which should've always had a different chart just for it)
on the same level as copies that cost upwards of $10.
Still, I'm not surprised to find people unable to have this kind of discussion, all that matters to some of you are the pretty numbers.
