Sorry, I don't.
What I can tell you is BTD has an SPS era (Nov 2014-Now) total of 0.97m, and pre-SPS era traditional RTD sales of 1.16m. So this already puts it past 2 million, but obviously TEA/SEA from before the SPS era is an unknown.

MJ's 5 big catalog sellers racked up 458,000 sales
The 2017 release "Scream" did around 30,000.
The rest of his catalog sales is anyone's guess, but would definitely push the total over half a million.
