Yes they did, in 1991-1993, also in the US. I'll post their chart runs.

Well, a chart god maybe. I'm no Eric Clapton...

Welcome to the forum.
Intruiging username btw "InigoMontoya", how did that come about?

I would be grateful if you could add Christina Aguilera to your growing list of requests. I really just want to know which tracks on Stripped charted and their highest positions, so I think 1A will be perfect.
Sure, Xtina's coming up.

"Harry" are an act who had a UK hit called Imagination early last year. I presume that's who he/she means.

Thanks for the Guy Mitchell runs.

Hanboo, small 'g' gods come in many guises and Clapton is indeed another. Thank you for the Christina Aguilera run. I didn't much like her when she first came out but I really like this album.

Intruiging username btw "InigoMontoya", how did that come about?
Inigo Montoya was the name of my favourite character in one of my favourite films, 'The Princess Bride'. And whilst the name misleads as to both my gender and my nationality, though not I'm sorry to say, my age, I adopted it for that reason. And the fact that at the time I was joining my very first forum, it wasn't already taken like my earlier efforts.
I know music. Music has notes. This is noise.

Hold on, I see an act called "Harry" who had 2 hits (So real and Under the covers) last year.
I've overlooked them, as all the regular Harry's (Harry Belafonte et all) come before this Harry in the database. Strange, I expected that an act called "Harry" would come in first.

How about adding the chart runs deejay-uk posted on dotmusic from the sheet music charts? If you look at polyhex's site
http://www.polyhex.com/music/chartruns.php he's done a feature where searching for an artist's runs includes sheet music runs. Take for instance any of the artists I requested.

I could do that, I could also add positions beyond #75 from top 100 charts in the 80's or even positions beyond #100 from top 200 charts since 1996.
Also, breaker singles and albums, which never charted on the main chart, since 1966.
Or singles, which charted on the NME and MM charts and not the Record Retailer charts. And so on.

All very interesting. However, I'd like to keep my database "compatible" with the chart books (Guinness and Tony Brown).
Adding extra charts would make stats like "most hits" and "most weeks on chart" difficult to compare.

BTW, the source of the 1950-52 charts, which were posted by Deejay-UK, has never become clear, only that they were published in a German chart book.
Why don't you make an artist index of that period based on the Deejay-UK charts and post it in this forum ?

Like the one you did on dot (from 1952-69 I think)? I could do that, but polyhex would probably be better, I'll point it out to him.

I just remember Harry releasing Imagination early last year, it must not have charted...

The other two were by her. That's not one of hers though. She also had an album called 'The Trouble With Harry'. It charted bellow 50 somewher. She used to be called Dirty Harry, I have no idea if she ever charted under that name though. Thanks for the two positions though I wanted to know for ages.

Would it be possible to have Muse in type 2? Thank you so much as usual.
A broken neck didn’t stop them, nor attacks on their anti-war album.

Flea wrote:Hi Hanboo, can I have type 2 chart runs for the following acts:

Delta Goodrem
Ian Van Dahl
Lasgo
Liberty X
Dido
Thanks in advance! :)
I'll point this out only once: I ask(ed) kindly to request no more than 3 artists at one time.

So please request Liberty & Dido again when I'm done with the first three.
Thanks!
