Plus, moves for MAX & more.
As previously reported, Drake's "God's Plan" leads the Billboard Hot 100 chart for a fifth week (dating to its debut at No. 1), logging a massive 101.7 million U.S. streams, according to Nielsen Music. The song is just the second ever to top the 100-million-streams milestone in a week, joining Baauer's 2013 viral smash "Harlem Shake."
"Plan" vaults in streams following the Feb. 16 arrival of its official video.
Who else makes notable Hot 100 chart moves this week?
"Wait," Maroon 5
The band posts its 20th top 40 Hot 100 hit, as "Wait" rises 43-39. The group first reached the region on the chart dated Sept. 27, 2003, when "Harder to Breathe" jumped 57-40. Since then, only TV troupe the Glee Cast has earned more top 40 entries (51) among non-solo acts. After Maroon 5 among groups are The Black Eyed Peas and Coldplay, each with 14 top 40 hits in that span.
"Wait" ascends 23-19 on the Digital Song Sales chart (17,000 downloads sold, up 5 percent, according to Nielsen Music) and 39-36 on Radio Songs (31 million in all-format audience, up 11 percent).
"Lights Down Low," MAX feat. gnash
The ballad reaches the Hot 100's top 20 (27-20) in its 20th week on the chart, as parent album Hell's Kitchen Angel makes the Billboard 200 at last, arriving at No. 154. MAX released the set on April 8, 2016.
"Lights" lifts 7-6 on the Adult Pop Songs airplay chart and 9-8 (in its 31st week) on Pop Songs.
