Really delighted for Harry and Megan - hopefully their special day goes without a hitch. Might this also be the last royal wedding for the Queen?
Erm, Princess Eugenie is getting married in October. At the same venue

I mean technically Harry’s could be her last, but if it is I’m blaming you Wayne for jinxing it

I suppose I meant her last major one - Eugenie's won't be anything like Harry's or Will's.

Yes it’s a big event, but he’s never going to be king, in the same way Eugenie ain’t gonna be queen. There’s a lot more made about it because he’s Diana’s boy, not because his dad is going to be king imo.

Eugenie is the first royal princess to marry since 1992, and the time before that was the 1970s - both princess Anne. I’m not sure we can gage how popular Eugenie’s will be in fairness.

We'll it's six days left before the Meghan-Harry royal wedding, there's an only article that's good and exciting news before the royal wedding:

World's first wax figure of Meghan Markle unveiled at Madame Tussauds
If you didn't manage to snag a ticket to the Royal wedding, this could be the next best thing.

Fans of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can take a photograph with the uncanny waxworks of the happy couple from May 18.

Madame Tussauds in London unveiled their figurine of Meghan Markle and a revamped Prince Harry ahead of opening the exhibit to the public later this month.

The likeness of the American actress, standing alongside her groom Prince Harry, has been unveiled in anticipation of the Royal Wedding.

Harry's figure, which was originally made to celebrate his 30th birthday, has been updated and both will be accessible to the public the day before their nuptials on May 19.

The attraction is holding a "stag and hen do" before the Royal wedding at which over-18s can take photographs with the waxwork figures.

Her waxwork is wearing the green PAROSH dress she wore for their engagement announcement as well as a replica of her diamond engagement ring.

Harry's figure, originally created in 2014 to mark his 30th birthday, has been updated for the occasion.

Tussauds London's general manager Edward Fuller said: "Excitement ahead of the royal wedding is reaching fever pitch and we have been inundated with questions about when people can finally meet 'Their Royal Likenesses'.

"There is a lot of love out there for Meghan and Harry and we're following their lead by inviting the great British public to join the couple in their wedding celebrations here at Madame Tussauds London."

The attraction said it will offer free entry to guests named Meghan or Harry on the day of the royal wedding.

Madame Tussauds London's sister attraction in New York will also reveal its own Meghan figure later today.

The Times Square location is naming the figure an "American Princess", and she will strike a different pose, and wear an outfit designed by British label Self-Portrait.

The Queen’s formal written consent. Note the use of ‘Henry’ and ‘Rachel’... that’s going to confuse viewers around the world when they get to the vows

Whether he'll be king or not is irrelevant. Being Diana's son likely is one of the primary reasons he gets so much attention.

My point was that his will likely be the last big Royal wedding for some time (I think we can realistically state that Eugenie's wedding will not be remotely as grand).

I am of course TOTALLY here for the Queen living another 20 years and seeing George or Charlotte marry.

Yeah but that means the next big royal events will be funerals... and I’m not down for that

I have to be honest, recent pictures of the DOE make me think the end isn’t far off at all. The Queen however, looks as full of life as ever this week:

Just reading a click bait article about all the things Meghan is not allowed to do once she’s married into the royal family - sheesh.

https://www.google.com.au/amp/amp.abc.n ... le/9744476

I mean some things are slightly understandable but mostly i honestly feel sorry for her - but if she wants to live as a shell to toe the line, it’s her life I guess.

I’d be wearing jeans and no stockings, eating shellfish, taking selfies, lining up some movies to shoot, continuing to be an activist for things I stand for and telling her majesty where to shove it and go and mind her own business If she doesn’t like it if I were her.

although if the conspiracy about Diana is true that might be a dangerous move - at least try and drag Harry off and try to do some good in the world with their public status behind them on their own if she’s no longer allowed to have her own political opinions and has to just sit there and look pretty under the thumb of the royals.

It’s not like Harry is ever going to be in power and it would depend on if he’s worth it, beats living being stifled just for the prestige IMHO.

Lol it’s just got me worked up a little. But meh, as I said it’s her life, her decision, all the best! :)

Click bait indeed

There’s nothing bad there to be honest. She’s about to become a Royal Duchess and currently in training for that life behind closed doors. She knew what she was signing up to... and the truth is the next few years will be focused on having kids. Even Kate hasn’t really made her mark yet - but give them time.

5 days left before the Meghan-Harry royal wedding...

I surprised that Prince Philip recovered already after last month's successful hip operation. He will attend the Meghan-Harry royal wedding. So glad for Prince Philip to see him during this royal wedding. Also in the news, Thomas Markle, father of Meghan Markle will also be there along with Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland.

Prince Philip to attend the royal wedding after recovering from hip surgery

Although there has been some doubt as to whether Prince Philip would attend the royal wedding of his grandson, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle due to a hip operation in April, a royal insider has confirmed to The Sun that the 96-year-old has almost recovered from the operation. They said: "The Duke is already walking unaided. He has amazing willpower. When he sets his mind to something he gets on and does it." The Duke of Edinburgh was discharged from hospital on Friday 13 April, just a few days after his operation which took place on 4 April. He made his first public appearance since his operation on Friday 11 May, attending the Royal Windsor Horse Show with his wife, the Queen.

Buckingham Palace confirmed that he was doing well following his hospital stay in a statement, which read: "His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh left King Edward VII's Hospital at midday today, following a hip replacement operation last week. The Duke will continue his recovery at Windsor. His Royal Highness would like to convey his appreciation for the messages of good wishes he has received."

Meanwhile, it has also been confirmed that Meghan's father, Thomas Markle, would be attending the wedding to walk his daughter up the aisle on the special day. Her mother, Doria Ragland, will accompany Meghan to St George's Chapel in Windsor, while Thomas will be waiting for his daughter at the church entrance. It was unclear whether Thomas would take part in the lavish celebration as he has shied away from the spotlight ever since Meghan and Prince Harry's engagement was announced, and lives a quiet life of retirement in Mexico. However, in recent weeks he was spotted reading a book on Britain in what was thought to be preparation for the trip, and was seen being fitted for a new suit for the big day.

Meghan Markle's father says he will NOT attend the Royal Wedding
-Thomas Markle said that he is no longer attending his daughter's wedding this weekend after suffering a heart attack six days ago
    - He also said that he did not want to run the risk of embarrassing his daughter or the royal family after Mail on Sunday revealed he had staged paparazzi photos
-Thomas, 73, added that money was not a motivating factor and he had instead hoped to recast his image in the wake of unflattering paparazzi pictures

Well they’ll never get anywhere close to her again, so let them do what they want. It’s just all noise and will be gone next week. Although I’m waiting for the obligatory ‘tell all’ book deal to crop up

After Thomas Markle, father of Meghan Markle was not attend the Meghan-Harry royal wedding due to undergoing heart surgery, Suits actor Rick Hoffman will join as a guest.

Suits star Rick Hoffman wraps up filming as he heads to Meghan Markle's wedding

Guests across the globe are jetting into the UK thick and fast as the royal wedding approaches. And on Tuesday, Suits actor Rick Hoffman has revealed that he has finished filming the latest episode of the legal drama - just in time to leave for the UK, where he'll show his support to his former co-star Meghan Markle and her fiance Prince Harry. Sharing a video on Instagram, the 47-year-old - who plays Louis Litt in the series - thanked his followers for their ongoing support. "I'm checking in with you, just finishing up my portion of episode 804 and then heading East for some special event."

He added: "I'm very excited about that and very excited about this season of Suits. I just wanted to tell you guys that I love you and thank you for your continued support. It should be a fun season coming up. Pictures of this week to come and videos potentially. Alright guys, over and out." Fans rushed to post comments underneath, with one writing: "Meg will be so lucky to have all of you by her side!" Another said: "Let’s get this ceremony Litt up!! Can’t wait to see you all suited for the event of the year!"

The post comes shortly after Gabriel Macht and his wife Jacinda Barrett revealed that they have touched down in London. Gabriel's wife, an Australian actress and former model, shared a picture on Instagram showing her and their son, Luca, kissing in front of Buckingham Palace. It's likely that Meghan's on-screen flame Patrick J Adams, Sarah Rafferty, Gina Torres and Wendell Pierce will attend the nuptials.

HELLO! confirmed back in March that Meghan's co-stars and key executives were all invited to the nuptials, which take place this Saturday 19 May at Windsor Castle. A source exclusively told HELLO!: "The cast has been contacted in regards to invites from Kensington Palace," the insider confirmed, adding that guests likely to attend the nuptials include actress Priyanka Chopra and tennis champion Serena Williams.

Even not all the cousins of Prince Harry will invite on the Meghan-Harry royal wedding. 21 persons confirmed to made it to the cut.

Image

Not all of Prince Harry's royal cousins are invited to the wedding – see who made the cut
With only three days to go before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding, speculation is rife that some of the groom's royal cousins have missed out on an invite. Around six hundred guests are expected to fill St George's Chapel in Windsor, but there will be some notable absentees from Harry's side of the family.

It's believed that the couple have only chosen to invite their closest members of the royal family – Harry's first cousins, aunts and uncles. His younger, more distant relations have reportedly not made the cut, including Lady Marina, Lady Amelia and Lord Edward. Their grandparents, however, the Duke and Duchess of Kent, who are first cousins with the Queen, are expected to attend.

The same can be said for Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, who are also first cousins of the Queen. The Kents are believed to be invited, despite Princess Michael's controversial encounter with Meghan at last year's Christmas lunch when she wore a Blackamoor brooch. Their children, Lord Frederick and Lady Gabriella, however, have not secured an invitation.

Harry's first cousins are expected to attend. Royal watchers will likely see Zara and Mike Tindall, who are expecting their second child, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, and Peter Phillips and his wife Autumn, who will coincidentally have just celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary. The couple married on 17 May 2008 at Harry and Meghan's venue, St George's Chapel. Despite being much younger in age to Harry, the groom's teenage cousin Lady Louise Windsor, 14, and her ten-year-old brother James, Viscount Severn are also expected to attend.

Harry's aunts and uncles who are also on the guest list include Princess Anne, Prince Edward and the Countess of Wessex, and Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York. Harry's brother and sister-in-law Prince William and Kate will also make a notable appearance. William is best man, while the couple's elder son Prince George and daughter Princess Charlotte are pageboy and bridesmaid respectively.

So many people to view the royals ahead of tomorrow's Meghan-Harry royal wedding!

But first, Princes Harry and William got an impromptu walkabout when we surprised royal enthusiasts.

Image

Prince Harry and Prince William surprise royal fans with impromptu walkabout
Pince Harry and his older brother Prince William surprised royal fans when they went on an impromptu walkabout outside Windsor Castle on Friday afternoon. The siblings were all smiles and groom-to-be Harry looked at ease during the 10-minute walkabout, hiding any pre-wedding nerves as they greeted and talked to fans from all over the world that have gathered in the small town to witness the royal wedding of the year on Saturday.

Wearing an open-necked white shirt and light jacket, the Prince told well-wishers that he was doing "great" ahead of the big day.

Following the walkabout the pair will head to Coworth Park in Ascot, where they will spend the night before Harry's royal wedding. The five-star hotel is located some 25 minutes away by car from his venue, St George's Chapel in Windsor.

The Prince will be hoping for some peace and relaxation as he prepares for his big day, while his brother and best man William will be able to give him some last-minute advice. The hotel offers stylish and modern rooms that start from £318 per night but it's likely that Harry has opted for one of the hotel's spacious suites, which cost around £1,270 per night.

Alternatively, he could choose to stay in the Dower House, a listed house set within beautiful private gardens in the grounds of Coworth Park. This unique residence has three en-suite bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with a personal chef on request, as well as a private gated entrance and parking, making it the ideal choice for Harry to prepare for his wedding day in complete privacy – and we're sure he and William will want to be doing some last-minute rehearsals of their speeches!

Harry's fiancée Meghan Markle is spending the night away from her Prince and will be a half-hour drive away at Cliveden House Hotel, with her mum Doria Ragland. The five-star country house hotel is located on the National Trust's Cliveden Estate and is also a great choice for Meghan.

The bride and her mother may be staying at the Spring Cottage, which is located in the grounds of Cliveden House. This three-bedroom cottage, which costs from £2,055 per night, sleeps up to six guests and has a large bathroom, two lounges, a small office area and country kitchen, so Meghan would have everything she could possibly want ahead of her wedding.
