I quite like this remix, though it's been there, done that. I think I prefer the original version.

Glad that Mike is smashing !

Daniel Bedingfield and JT were blended in a Mixer and Mike Posner came out of it. Apparently.

Moreover he and Passenger (the guy who sang LetHerGo) could record a ln album and i bet no one would notice if there are actually two guys singing it. They have almost identical voices for some reason.

Passenger is by far more interesting.
This song is just tailored for a commercial success. No soul or originality whatsoever. Pretty harmless to listen or dance to but nothing else therefore rather disposable.

I disagree on both. Passenger is much more irritating than this.

Plus, mind you that the remix made this song popular, it would flop if there was the Seeb remix

The bold part makes no sense, sorry.
In case you meant that it'd have flopped had there been no Seeb remix, I guess we'll never know that.
Regardless, there are thousands of songs tailored for a commercial success and yet they end up flopping after all.

I like Passenger a lot and "Let Her Go" is a timeless song.

Yeah I forgot to put NO there :)

Anyway, we actually know that.

The Truth EP (wich includes the original version of this song) was released on 22 June 2015, while the remix was released later...

Lollll.... Those guys do sing in the same vein, but one of the assumes that is "cooler than the other" lolll

As for Passengers song, well its a great track with delighting lyrics, but i can't give a pass to those vocals in the end of the day.

Regardless, a female vocalist released a bootleg of LETHERGO a while ago and a very soothing dance remix made that song a favorite of mine for a while.

And do you know when Passenger's "Let Her Go" was first released?
It took ages to conquer the charts, even without any remix.
The same is true for Hozier's "Take Me To Church" and countless other songs in the digital era.

Ohh, I love this now. I swear I can just lie back and get completely lost in this song. It's like it takes you somewhere so chilled, yet euphoric.

I was about to say this. The original even more so. But I love Passenger, so it's fine by me. :)

I think Mike looks amazing, it's just that he doesn't revamp his look. I think Nick Jonas, Justin Bieber and Timberlake (younger years) are all overrated in a way. Their image are really way too manufactured to look hot and magazine-ready.

This is annoying (especially the fast lyrics at the beginning) but the second half gets a little better....catchy but annoying

Indecisive on how I feel about this song, I kinda really like it but it kind of aggravates me at the same time.

The lyric - "I'm just a singer, who already blew his shot, I get along with old timers cuz my names a reminder of a pop song people forgot" makes me feel sad & kinda bad for him, like he new his only hit was completely forgotten and that his career just didn't take off after "Cooler Than Me" but hearing his honesty in that line is really moving to me. Most people in the music industry who fade out and become irrelevant refuse to believe the reality of it all but he accepted it and to sing about it in a song is really brave imo.
