Just scattered songs here and there and an endless album.
All he needs is a mammoth song like Pillowtalk and the kids will lap it up.
That can be said for every artist ever though.

I hate that he is still dissing One Direction! As much as I want him to do well since he is vocally talented, his attitude makes his personality unbearable.

I am glad that he is including all the buzz singles.

If i was his record label, i'd drop him as soon as they release this mess. He is simply a bad investment.

Another track has been released. This one is actually very good vocally and emotionally.

Wait so he's not gonna push any 'real' single before the album drops next week? Hmmm he might as well become indie then.

Just listened to Good Years and i have to admit its a damn fine track! For me its his all time best, its melancholic and melodic in a very delightful way. For some reason Good Years could have been a Calum Scott track albeit the “drugs” reference is out of the question for Calum as he is seriously a true angel inside and out :))) nevertheless i hope Good Years becomes an official single release at some point.

I can’t believe people prefer Good Years over Sour Diesel.

But then again, I‘m a bad representation for the Pure Pop community.

Sour Diesel sounds quite ok, i liked its beat but for me Good Years this round as its sincere and tangible.

Sour Diesel is the best thing Zayn has ever done, and that track alone makes me excited to her the rest of the album tracks.

Yes I only really like the beat too, the lyrics are elementary at best. Let Me, Rainberry and Good Years are a lot better and will probably be three out of the ten songs I estimate I will like from this inflated 27 song monster.

Agreed! It's one of the best we've heard so far.

This album is already gonna be better than his debut for me. I don't know how it's gonna be as a 27 track album, but at least I know I've already got a good 10 track album from this era already

Album's out. I'm 3 songs in and it sound very good so far, but you know, I still have a loooooooooooooooooooong way to go

Edit: all the way to the interlude now (btw the interlude is 4 min long :o )and WOW! Tbh, the only track I'm not really impressed with is If I Got You. The rest so far is gold! His voice is soooo good!

The album seems cohesive in sound during my first listen but misses obvious stand-outs for me.

Masterpiece! 8-)
Zayn is going to win a Grammy but he needs to perform live please!!

Why nobody is talking about I don’t mind, good guy, satisfaction? Common, Natural?

Or the catchy ready to smash talk to me??

Whoever who picked his singles didn’t have good ears.

‘Talk to me ‘was the radio smash that he needed to sell this album, not no candle no light. Right now Nicky Minaj is at her lowest popularity.

I am pleased with the quality but putting 27 tracks on one record has no meaningful effect whatsoever. He should have made the record a bit more eclectic.

Listening to the snippets right now and tbh, it sounds amazing.

Dunno if I should wait until next week and get the physical copy (dunno like having 2 CDs and the cover looks quite cheap and be paying like 20 Euros) or just buy it on iTunes.

From the snippets, I think that "the obvious highlights" are missing but the production seems to be top-notch again.

I don't know why people complain about getting 27 tracks. It's not like any bad songs are on the album and everyone is free to delete tracks they don't like anytime.

I would have LOVED to get 27 tracks from "Glory" by Brit. I wish my favourites would come up with such a lengthy album,

This made a surprisingly nice impression after the first spin. Let's see how i'll think after a few more spins...

Also 27 songs ain't that many with a length of 89 minutes. I mean I know albums with much less songs and the same length.
