Better than Sax that’s for sure.

Glad it’s not a Uptown Funk rehash.

It kinda sounds like an elevated Rita Ora song. It’s really good, deserves success!!!

Wow, yes Fleur, this is better than I could have ever imagined, there’s so much energy and colour in this track, it should be internationally successful. It’s different enough so as to not sound like a copy cat, but not so different that it will sound out of place on current commercial radio.

This is far from the high level she reached with 'Sax'. I expected energetic, dynamic funk, not just an arrangement in which some sounds fit each other somehow and the chorus is relatively catchy.

The wardrobe in the video does her no justice whatsoever.

Song is pretty dope

Her make up ages her and angles are not flattering. Like they do black girls so wrong sometimes

The verses are a bit of a letdown but everything else is FIRE. I could be wrong but the chorus especially I can hear some African influences and it’s so refreshing. I’m glad she went a different direction to Sax as much of banger that was (and still kinda is).

This is so, so good! Super catchy and radio friendly, but at the same thing original as well.
Is there any chance this good do well on the charts? Or has she been forgotten already?

#3 on iTunes, so she’s got good visibility there. Hopefully Spotify supports it and she can grow in streaming.

It just gets better with every listen!

The song is fire! The year started great! With new Lana next week and new Dido single this month it would be already better than whole 2018

I know she took her time, but this really feels like the instant follow up SAX demanded. Her voice is still weak but I hope streaming takes off for her - probably the last person to come out of the XF that deserves success imo.

I like it. The chorus is strong, verses could be a little better IMO and I agree with menime that she doesn’t have the strongest voice.

I really hope this catches on and becomes a surprise hit over the coming months. I had no expectations before listening but she impressed me massively here.

The funny thing is that I always felt like Fleur's material is exactly with Alexandra Burke should have been releasing, instead of that underproduced album Alexandra released last year. Though Fleur may not have the best voice, I still enjoy pretty much all her music so far, and hope we get a new album soon, aswell as a proper era this time. Fleur's debut deserved so much better,

It's great to see all the positivie reactions in this thread. Fleur was great on XF and she deserved better handling at Syco. But i'm happy with new single and hope it'll be a hit for her.

I do feel like this could’ve easily been given to Louisa a few years ago, Fleur sells it well but imagine the Beast getting hold of it?

Only #163 on UK Spotify

I feel like this will end up like Louisa‘s “YES“ - an undeserved flop.

Just saw the video and it felt Rita Ora's unreleased song got perfomed by Ciara?! Lol lolll

Nevertheless its a cool song after all.
