I just downloaded the Album this morning and went through it once.
Am I the only one or is it basically about ****'? **** as a transcendental experience.
On first listen, TAKE ME APART is not as instant as her previous EPs. It's overall a lot more mellow and softer as I expected it to be. There is no second LMK on it either.
Nevertheless, there is a lot of beauty to find on it. Onanon is an utterly passionate piece whereas Better is a peaceful break-up hymn.
I need to dig a little deeper once I am off work.
On first listen it is a very solid record, even though I muss these instant killer tracks like Gomennasai and Rewind from her previous EPs.
It's handled. (Olivia Pope)
