I wonder if you have access to certifications by RIAA in Japan! I would like to know the certs for Mariah, Madonna, Celine, Whitney and Janet, if you can tell me anything, it would be greatly appreciated!

And once again, I dont know how I can thank you enough, you're amazing! Hope we're not abusing you... lol

Hey Mario.

Although you already posted info on Celine Dion's latest 2 albums (One Heart and A New Day Has Come), I'd like to get a run down for every album she's released in Japan, and singles if possible (sales and position).

Thanks a bunch!

HI Mario,

when you give sales of albums, does it include eveything (cd, cassettes, etc..)

Also, does the number includes imports? because i know they make up a lot of Japan's sales.

When there are no notes, it's numbers including all formats.

The sales of imports began to be contained from 2003/12/1.

Hi, Mario, you said "#1's" was #1 for 2 weeks, sometimes in ORICON, the chart beats said it was 1 week at #1, such as last time when Avril Lavigne's "Under My Skin" debuted at #1 for 2 weeks, then she's the fouth international female artist to do that, after Janis Ian's "Aftertones", Madonna's "I'm Breathless", and Mariah Carey's "Daydream", AND in the yearbook, it also said it was 1 week at #1, too, what do you think?

Mariah's #1's was #1 for two consecutive weeks rightly.
Avril is not the 4th international female artist that attained debuted at #1 for 2 weeks but the 4th international female artist to which the original album attained debuted at #1 for 2 weeks.

Hi Mario. Thank you very much for all the info you posted before, it was really appreciated.
Now i would like to see weekly sales figures for the No. 1 Album and Single in Japan in years 2003-2004.
I think is intersting to know how many copies sold the average chart topper there.
When you have some time post the info, please.
Thanks!

One thing I think it's strange at the Japanese sales is that one week, the #1 albums sells less than 50k and in other week, it can sell a bazillion copies! lol
Well, I will keep just waiting waht I asked to you Mario, I'm holdin on to dont ask it more to you! :D
