Hi Hanboo, just following on from those DVD charts you posted not so long ago. Do you have the same for the UK DVD/Videos?

When do the US charts date back to and do you have any for actual Music Video, say from the 1980's, just interested how The Song Remains The Same by Led Zeppelin shaped up in the US for weeks on chart?

Unfortunately I don't have a comple UK Video chart set.

Re the US Video chart. The first one dates from March 30, 1985 with "Private Dancer" by Tina Turner at #1. Since then 347 other videos have hit the top spot.
"The Song Remains The Same" did not chart on the US Music Video chart.

Hanboo is right, the chart run you posted from Thriller is from the BB's "Videocassette Top 40" where they combined sales of all videos -music, excercise, movies, etc-

The BB's "Top Music Videcassettes" chart did indeed debut on the issue of March 30th, 1985, it only had a top 10, here's the chart from that week.

It was Record Mirror Number 1 Album on 1st February 1958, also in US Album chart at same time, so you shoud have it somewhere, maybe Frank Sinatra, though not strictly his album.
