Many thanks for so many comments today - mostly highlighting artists who have had multiple successes in my charts over the last thirty-three years!

Yeah, tell these Brits what they missed out on in 1985-86
That's the first of five
tracks from Dieter Bohlen and Thomas Anders in the top 400 - including the only one from them that made it big in the UK. They were close too with three others - "You're My Heart, You're My Soul" at 429
, "Jet Airliner" at 452
and "In A Hundred Years" at 579
- so it's probably not difficult to guess which others are left!

I have to admit this passed me by, i recall being the 4th or 5th single off Listen Without Prejudice, sounded pretty dull at the time, if i recall correctly.
It was just a very minor hit in the UK, I think - but it's the only
George Michael single I ever liked! I still hear it played on the radio from time to time, more so than some of his much bigger sales successes.....

There's quite a few Dutch more hits from that period still to come - some of them very close to the top! - including one more from the Dolly Dots. But it isn't
the one song with which they hit number one in their homeland. "Love Me Just A Little Bit More (Totally Hooked On You)" is my third favourite of theirs, and that's at 609

Love these, especially the first two songs!
Kylie has no less than ten songs in the top 1000 - but only this one made it into the top 400. Her next nearest were "If You Were With Me Now" at 427
and "Got To Be Certain" at 461
Shakira, meanwhile, has seven in the top 1000 - and very nearly had three in the top 400. "Objection (Tango)" was in there until a couple of months ago, but has fallen just outside at 403
. Two of her other hits peaked at number two in my monthly top forty, and one of them is quite a bit higher than "Underneath Your Clothes".....
I watched the programme when it first began - but gave up when it became too depressing! The theme was very nearly a top 75 hit in the UK. Simon May is also at 595
with "Julia's Theme" (a variation of the EastEnders theme) and at 920
with the "Eldorado" theme. I didn't watch that one for very long - I think the theme tune was possibly the best thing about it!

It might be almost impossible to believe - but the Austrian group will make another appearance higher up! And it's not with any of the three Star Trek/space-related songs that also entered my chart - the one that boldly went all the way to number one, "Starship Edelweiss" (or "Raumschiff Edelweiss") is at 779

Sandra's "Maria Magdalena" is my favourite one so far! "Everytime We Touch" by Cascada is not nearly as great as the original version by Maggie Reilly (maybe this one is yet to come ?).
No - Maggie Reilly didn't quite qualify for the top 400, but was close, at 426
with probably the not very well-known 1991 song "What About Tomorrow's Children", which peaked at number three in my top forty. But Sandra is yet another act who will return later, maybe in about a fortnight's time!

And both "Katy's" will be back again later on too - but not in tonight's new update, coming up in three and a half hours from now!
