No, we have 52 chart weeks and now all weeks are done, so all charts after Dec, 28th 2012 will count for 2013.

The first week is counted from Dec, 28th 2012 until Jan, 3rd 2013

Here for Year-end chart.
:D
Do you know Taiwan? If not, check the map, it's in Southeastern Asia and beside mainland China, BUT YOU MUST KNOW, it doesn't belong to China!

Of course, the chart of last Friday is the first issue in 2013.

The year-end chart will be included the calender weeks 1-52 and the last week of the chart was starting on 21.12.12, so Media Control has told me.

The only chart that isn't released yet are the Year-End Chart of 2012.

I don't get it. The chart in Germany is 2 weeks late , in other words covers the sales of 2 weeks earlier, right?

The chart that includes the days 04.01.13 to 10.01.13 will be officially released on 18.01.13. That's 8 days after the end of the included days. But here you will find this chart on 15.01. or 16.01. so that's only 5 days after the end of the tracked week.

The chart that includes the days 04.01.13 to 10.01.13 will be officially released on 18.01.13. That's 8 days after the end of the included days. But here you will find this chart on 15.01. or 16.01. so that's only 5 days after the end of the tracked week.
thanks for the answer :)

No, we have 52 chart weeks and now all weeks are done, so all charts after Dec, 28th 2012 will count for 2013.

The first week is counted from Dec, 28th 2012 until Jan, 3rd 2013
But the last one for 2012 isn't released yet.
Of course, the chart of last Friday is the first issue in 2013.

The year-end chart will be included the calender weeks 1-52 and the last week of the chart was starting on 21.12.12, so Media Control has told me.

The only chart that isn't released yet are the Year-End Chart of 2012.
The next episode will cover the days 22.12. to 28.12. As far as I know this episode will be included into the YEC.

That was the answer of my enquiry what Lisa Luppold has send me back.

And simply for the last chart the calender week 52 was ending at Dec, 27th 2012. So the new calculation of the YEC 2013 begins at Dec, 28th 2012, because there is starting the new calender week - it's the first CW in 2013, isn't it?

And the impossible thing became possible... after the first X-Factor winner Edita flopped with her album peaking at #32 and the second winner David too with peaking at #20, the third winner Mrs. Greenbird and their album "Mrs. Greenbird" just debuted at #1 on the german album charts! Congratulations! :D

the only other things i have (not that much...)

8 (10) Scream & Shout
Out (82) This Kiss

11 (NEW) Raus aus dem Nebel

Christian Bakotessa didn't enter the album charts!

That's right but the list for 52/2012 and the YEC will be published in 2013 that's what I meant.

I knew it :o :D ! I already had a feeling about it there (though no one gave an answer and I however wrote "The Greenbird" ).

I'm sure it sold between 100k and 150k and might hold on No. 1 for some more weeks...

The reason why they are so successful is that they are doing something special in their music: The R&B-pop that Edita did was nothing new, same for David's pop rock sound... And they had zero personality!
On the other side, Mrs. Greenbird do folk(-pop) and they are so lovely and unconventional that you can only support them!

I saw that you posted it but i had no time to answer

You're right, their doing something that isn't usual for casting winners. Plus this music is the current 'in'-thing (Of Monsters And Men, Mumford & Sons, fun., Gotye...)

Anyway, i'm excited to see your final sales estimations as you make them always when the full charts is here
(i already made a topic in the artist analysis section, so you can post there if you want :P )

But 100k+ would be just AMAZING and more weeks at #1 would be even more amazing :o
do you really think that could happen??

Yes, he's another one of those countless pop-rock singers... Nothing special, heard many times before!

Don't know if this made a major impact but VIVA is also supporting Mrs Greenbird currently!

But what do you mean with Fun. and Gotye? They do a totally different music than the other 3 rather folk acts  ...
