Don't know what to make of this. Please elaborate.

These albums were also credited to Anita Kerr and Rod Mckuen on the BB charts and I think it was justified (Kerr composed and McKuen narrated). No changes here.

zeus555 wrote:Hanboo - I get 512 Chart Weeks for 'Rumours', by Fleetwood Mac. You seem to regard its 2013 Top 75 Weeks, (19 - so far),
as not being by the same Album, which is why you get 493 Weeks for it.
Yes I do: the 2013 entry entails the "Rumours - 35th Anniversary Deluxe Edition" - a set with 3 CD's, some editions even 4 CD's including a DVD. That's a very different album than the original. Hence I didn't include its 13 weeks to the 493 of the original album.

zeus555 wrote: Also, you regard 'ABBA Gold' No.4 Re-Entry, (April 2004), as being by a different Album than the 1992 & 1999 releases.
So, you give 'Gold' 457 Chart Weeks, & 57 Top 10 Weeks. The No.4 Album, in 2004, you count as a 10th Top 10 Album
for ABBA, with 1 Top 10 Week - and 1 Top 200 Week.

The OCC, & UK Chart Books, regard the No.4 Re-Entry, as being by the same 'Gold' as in 1992 & 1999. As do I.
So, we give ABBA 9 Top 10 Albums, & say that 'Gold' spent 58 Weeks in the Top 10, & 458 Weeks on Chart. It makes
no logical sense to see the No.4 Album, in 2004, as a separate ABBA Album. For a start, it means that you have to
pretend that it fell out of the Top 200, after entering at No.4, the Week before.....Highly improbable.
Zeus555
That issue has been discussed extensively here. I did the above for technical reasons. The (original) album also charted at a lower position (at #125) so it had 2 entries on the chart. If that happens I create a new entry in my database for the album, even if it's the same album. On the singles chart this occurred with remixes, import and with releases on different labels.

Regarding the list I posted: this is, like most other lists I post on UKMix, compiled from my chart database and represents quite 'raw' data meaning it isn't heavily checked or redacted. I give it a quick glance and post it. The lists are not meant to be definitive.
They are snapshots and quickly become outdated.

I found it! :)

Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine did this in 1991.

US Catalog Albums:
1. PRETTY HATE MACHINE
Date: 22/06/1991 - Run: 48-0-0-37-39-42-36-24-19-22-21-15-15 (11-10c wks)

then returned to US Albums:
Re 01: 21/09/1991: 97-109-98-82-84-87-83-81-77-*75*-81-94-109-135-135- (54 wsf)

If you can find albums that have done this prior to 2003, it would be great. Once Billboard added the Comprehensive chart, a ton of catalog items have re-entered.

Does anyone have the chart runs for Hot 100 singles sales/ Hot 100 Airplay for anyone? I remember there were a bunch of artists on here that had the chart runs for both charts but I can't find it any more (Mariah, Whitney, Janet, Britney and a bunch of others.)

Okay, got it.

Here are the albums that re-entered the BB 200 after having a run on the Catalog chart:
(between 25/5/1991, start of the new Catalog chart and 6/12/2003, start of the new Comprehensive chart)

22/06/1991 21/09/1991 Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine
25/01/1992 01/02/1992 Mr Big - Lean Into It
15/08/1992 29/08/1992 Technotronic - Pump Up The Jam - The Album
27/11/1993 11/12/1993 Boyz II Men - Cooleyhighharmony
25/11/2000 01/12/2001 Garth Brooks - The Magic Of Christmas
29/09/2001 06/10/2001 Wiseguys - The Antidote

The next two albums debuted on the BB 200 after registering on the Catalog chart:
14/06/1997 18/03/2000 The Beach Boys - The Greatest Hits Volume 1: 20 Good Vibrations
22/08/1998 30/01/1999 Various Artists - Shout To The Lord 2000

First column is the entry date on the Catalog chart , second the re-entry/debut date on the BB 200 chart.
