Rock/Alternative Song Idenfication Thread

OK. So this isn't exactly an Rock/Alternative song but I heard it on Radio One earlier today on Scott Mills Show and they never said who it was by but the lyrics went something like

"Doing it, Doing it, Doing it.......... Walk into the room" (Sorry that's all I can remember)

It has a male vocalist(s) and sounded quite poppy. In fact at first I thought it was One Direction but don't think it was them. Long shot but anybody got an idea?

Hey guys im looking for a song that goes something like this but i might be lyriucally wrong though:

its an american pop/rock electro indie band ugh i really love that song but i cant find it on youtube because i cant remember the band name or the song name i tried everything

I saw a music video a few months ago and I remember liking the song. I can't remember how it went, but I remember the music video a little bit.

The video is of a bunch of random people, doing random things, but turn to the camera really awkward, like they have been caught doing something. They made all the recordings look like they were filmed in the 90's on VHS. I think it even said that it was in a certain year in the 90's. The video was supposed to be kinda funny.

Any help would be great!

Carl - that tune is very familiar - definitely an Xfm staple from back in 1998, but I can't recall who recorded it either. Do you know roughly when the recording was made? If so, there are a whole bunch of Xfm charts and playlists here from that era:

There was this song that used to come on a coke ad back in the day .... the lyrics said something about strange love... The girl used to draw on the guy's hand..... Any idea?
