Nice to see the way too underrated "In The Arms Of A Stranger" by Mike Posner!

Love On The Brain is one of my favourite Rihanna songs, I just love her vocal delivery on that track.
'Green Light' is a pop BANGER, one of the best of 2017!

Loads of great songs here, best ones for me to see are Charlie, Lorde and ALMA, she's collecting quite the set of great hits.

"One Foot" is nice. Not quite in the same league as "Shut Up and Dance," but solid still. "Look What You Made Me" has a fantastic video, and it's a decent song in its own right. "Perfect" is definitely in my Top 2 of Ed Sheeran songs. "Thunder" is good, but "Whatever It Takes" is amazing.

I especially love these ones:

28. Rihanna – Love On The Brain 448
30. Imagine Dragons – Whatever It Takes 436
32. Alicia Keys – Hallelujah 429
33. Bruno Mars – That’s What I Like 423
35. Taylor Swift – I Don’t Wanna Live Forever ft. ZAYN 419
37. Lorde – Green Light 408
44. Ed Sheeran – Shape Of You 365
52. Kelly Clarkson – Love So Soft 340
59. Lorde – Homemade Dynamite 297
68. Emeli Sandé – Hurts 273
75. Alicia Keys – In Common 238
77. Clean Bandit – Rockaybe (ft. Anne-Marie & Sean Paul) 234
78. Taylor Swift - …Ready For It? 230
81. Adele – When We Were Young 223
83. Sia – The Greatest 219
88. Rita Ora – Anywhere 179
97. Rihanna – Kiss It Better 112
Franklin’s music profoundly touched and changed the world, because over and over it offered that bridge to salvation, to freedom.

I got over "Shape Of You" quickly, it's not one of my favorites at all. But I am glad he released "Perfect" as a single because it's his best song so far. :P

i've never been the biggest fan of "ANTi" to be honest. "Love ON The Brain" is a nice track but I think the album has a few stronger tracks to offer.

thanks, glad you like quite a few songs. I am looking forward to see an ALMA album being released in 2018 (?)

'Boys' is my favourite from that set, I looove when Charli releases melodic and simple pop songs because she does them so well!

    TOP 10? - SOON.

    11. Clean Bandit – Symphony (ft. Zara Larsson) 775
my second favorite song by Clean Bandit - only "Real Love" is better IMO. The song would have made the Top 10, by the way, if it wasn't for the very last week in 2017 - the #10 song kicked out "Symphony" and only has 3 (!) points more than "Symphony".

    12. P!nk – What About Us 712
glad P!nk is back, unfortunately, just like Taylor, she couldn't make the Top 10 despite being in the Top 10 all the remaining weeks in 2017.

    13. Calvin Harris – My Way 691
probably my favorite song by Calvin Harris (along with "Summer"). The song was huge on my charts, sitting atop of the charts for 8 consecutive weeks!

    14. Taylor Swift – Look What You Made Me Do 671
had she released the song a little earlier, she would have ended in the Top 10. But I am pretty sure the song will be pretty high on the 2018 Year End Charts, too.

    15. Bruno Mars – 24K Magic 642
this song was pretty big in my 2017 charts despite already being released in 2016. this song was used for the intro of the 12th season of "Germany's Next Topmodel" (which turned out to be my favorite cycle since cycle 6) and was just so good. 8-)

Agree with this, mainstream Charli does it for me and Boys hits the spot. Also a fan of Chained,

I like all the songs in 15-11 though many are 2017 to me. One stands out as being superior, that's the gorgeous Symphony.

16. Katy Perry – Chained To The Rhythm (ft. Skip Marley) 637
17. Lana Del Rey – LOVE 620
20. Katy Perry – Bon Appetit (ft. Migos) 535
23. Emeli Sandé – Breathing Underwater 497

Some nice ones in that first batch. "Chained" and "Bon Appétit" were two strong singles from Katy, a shame one of them flopped. I ranked them both on a similar position 8-)

15. Bruno Mars – 24K Magic
14. Taylor Swift – Look What You Made Me Do
13. Calvin Harris – My Way
12. P!nk – What About Us
11. Clean Bandit – Symphony (ft. Zara Larsson)

Noooo not "Symphony" being so unlucky  It's simply brilliant. On one side i'm freaking happy it actually made it so high on your list, on another side Top10 would have been awesome...
The other four tracks in this group are all good too. "What About Us" and LWYMMD belong to my favorite tunes of 2017 as well :)

I am a more mainstream listener probably and I definitely like her most mainstream songs the most.

As for Symphony, I think it's Zara's best song so far!

Yeah, it follows the following songs as the "unluckyONE":
2010 - Black Eyed Peas "Rock That Body"
2011 - Marina And The Diamonds "Radioactive"
2012 - Katy Perry "Wide Awake"
2013 - Adele "Skyfall"
2014 - Sam Smith "Stay With Me"
2015 - David Guetta "What I Did For Love (ft. Emeli Sande)"
2016 - P!nk "Just Like Fire"

All, expect "Just Like Fire", very strong songs IMO! :o

It took "Symphony" 15 weeks to hit #1, tying with Adele's "Turning Tables". "Only Love Can Hurt Like This" by Paloma Faith took 19 weeks in 2015 to hit #1. "Symphony" held the record for the longest climb to #1 in 2017 until Rita Ora's hit #1 after 23 weeks. Unlucky for sure!

DJ KHALED - "WILD THOUGHTS" featuring RIHANNA and BRYSON TILLER

Not only did "Wild Thoughts" kick out "Symphony" out of the Year End Top 10 in the very last week of 2017, it already kicked it off the #1 spot back in August 2017.
"Wild Thoughts" might have only spent one week atop of the charts, however it definitely was a huge song in summer. Probably my song of the summer 2017 (along with "blau" by amanda)! Such a badass track, Rihanna really delivered once again!

As "Wild Thoughts" is able to place into the Year End Top 10, that means that RIHANNA has placed at least one song in the Year End Charts of each year , aside from 2012 (highest position #14) and 2015 (highest position #13), in this decade so far.

2010 - "Love The Way You Lie" at #3, "Rude Boy" at #4
    2011 - "What's My Name?" at #4
    2013 - "Stay" at #1, "Diamonds" at #2
    2014 - "The Monster" #6
    2016 - "Work" at #5
    2017 - "Wild Thoughts" at #10

Only P!nk comes close to Rihanna, as she placed at least one song in the Year End Charts of 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 (#11 in 2016, #13 in 2017).

"Wild Thoughts" collected 778 points in 2017.

THE CHAINSMOKERS - "SOMETHING JUST LIKE THIS" featuring COLDPLAY

It's no secret that The Chainsmokers had a few hits on my Charts in 2017. One of them was this beautiful track. Coldplay (Chris Martin) adds a lot to this song and with time, this could become my favorite Chainsmokers song for sure. I love the energy of this song. A great song for a workout, too.
The song peaked at #1 for one week.
The Performance at the ONE LOVE - MANCHESTER concert was incredible!

THE CHAINSMOKERS - "ALL WE KNOW" featuring PHOEBE RYAN

Another song by The Chainsmokers places at #8. "All We Know" hit #1 in January 2017 and stayed there for three consecutive weeks. Utterly gutted the song doesn't appear on "Memories... Do Not Open". Really adore this song, it's nice for the winter time. I have a rather mixed opinion on the Video - it's not bad but the eventual execution isn't that brilliant IMO.

    IMAGINE DRAGONS - "THUNDER"

My favorite song by Imagine Dragons is able to place at #7. It peaked at #1 for three consecutive weeks in May/June 2017. Actually, this is the song that made me excited for the new Album ("EVOVLE"). Whilst I own the first two Albums, I only really liked their debut Album and wasn't that excited, especially after "Believer", which flopped on my Charts and is my least favorite song the Album. However, "Thunder" hyped me a lot, "EVOLVE" also became one of my favorite Albums of last year.
"Thunder" makes a good place on my workout/gym Playlist.

[b]"Thunder" collected 968 Points in 2017 - and is their most succesful song on my Charts so far!/b]

    RITA ORA - "YOUR SONG"

I never cared that much about Rita Ora, she had a few nice songs but it wasn't until "Your Song" that I really fell in love with her as a person aswell. "Your Song" is a catchy track that made it to #1 for one week on my charts. It's definitely a personal highlight from 2017 for me. The song holds the record for the needing to most weeks to reach #1 eventually. IT took 23 weeks for "Your Song" til it finally hit the top of the charts.

It was able to collect 969 points in 2017 - only one more point than #7!

    THE CHAINSMOKERS "PARIS"

ALREADY THE THIRD (and last...) SONG BY THE CHAINSMOKERS IN THE TOP 10. :o "Paris" hit #1 in spring 2017 and is one of my personal favorites from them til this day. I cannot wait to listen to this track when I will be in Paris in less than 3 weeks. :P

"Paris" is certified 5x Platinum and collected 1,034 points in total in 2017.

    AMY MACDONALD - "DREAM ON"

After 5 years of waiting and being one of my favorite artists, I was so excited for new stuff by Amy MacDonald! "Dream On" was her second #1 on my charts (after "Slow It Down") and was huge in 2017. It's one of her biggest songs on my charts - it's certified 5x Platinum!

"Slow It Down" collected 1,056 points in 2017.

    RIHANNA - "SEX WITH ME"

Not only did Rihanna place a song at #10 at the 2017 Year End Charts, but she was also able to place another song way higher. "SEX WITH ME" is my all time favorite song from her "ANTi" album and it should have been given a proper single release. Anyway, it still was a huge hit on my charts. I still use this song regularly (Especially in gym) - it's so sassy and SO Rihanna.
It's in my Top 10 Rihanna songs to be honest!

"SEX WITH ME" collected 1,077 points in 2017.
