Good stuff Maaian!
She don't like that kind of behaviour.
So thrown down your guns,
Don't be so reckless.

How is it stretching the rules :o
It's not touching the rules - someone once had Lisa Scott Lee - Lately, which charted higher :o

Well it definitely could've been a potential Top 5, but I guess that rule's kinda vague anyway :P !

I'll be Denmark with Toybox's 'What About' if that's alright

I will go for OV7 again

This time

OV7 - Enloqueceme

You can find it pretty much everywhere...if you type Enloqueceme(en vivo) you will get a live version so that you see how talented they were 8-) ...

Remember OV7 - Enloqueceme!!!!!

I think the rule means it can't have been a top 5, and can't be one that's bound to go top 5 soon.

For example if someone chose to be "Hole In The Head" by the Sugababes then they could argue that at this moment is has not been a top 5 hit :P

Actually I'm going to change mine, I'm having trouble uploading.

AMERICA
Kelly Clarkson - Low

But she may go top 5 and she may do well on the Ukmix chart!

May as well...I've changed my mind AGAIN. This time I'm sticking to it because it'll never be on the UKMIX chart and it only got to #25 in the UK.

SWEDEN
ABBA - Head Over Heels

I'm going to reserve Canada once again. I'll have to think of which song I want to do... I'll pick someone relatively unknown outside of Canada.

Ok, I'm going to rise to the challenge and represent Australia at Kayde's request

The song I've chosen is:

Amiel - Lovesong (it hasn't been #1 on any chart on UKMIX, it was Top 5 in Australia, but it's not on the release schedule or anything, so it's not likely to go Top 5 in the UK soon  )

It can be found on her official website (in the audio visual section under video clips [the song you hear when you go into that bit isn't Lovesong, it's her new single in Oz]), or via a p2p program, or via me on MSN - it doesn't matter whether you get the censored or uncensored version, they're both the same....

Please, give generously - give this song high points! :D

I've decided which song I'll be doing.

As stated earlier, I'm representing my home country of Canada. The song is The Immigrants - Holding Onto This Somehow. I'll upload it to the UKMIX Yahoo group sometime soon.

Starts the chant "Shelley, Shelley, Shelley!". Go Oz!

OK I'm going to do Poland again. It will be a female singer:

Edyta - Impossible.

I'll put up a sound file when we've got everyone in the game. Will try to find you the video too, but can't promise that, all the RM / WM links seem to be broken at the moment - too much traffic.

I'll go with one of the most sucessful bands in Spain, la Oreja de Van Gogh (The Vang Gogh's Ear :P ). I've selected "Paris", thier second single from their second album that sold more than 1 million just in Spain. "Paris" is probably my favourite song in Spanish, I hope you'll like it  .

You could make a rule - popular artists are banned from the contest!

Amy Studt, ABBA, Lisa Scott Lee... it's unfair!

Oh Aneta I love your song a lot :D

My favourite Edyta song is her version of Robert Miles' "One & One" :)
