I think that the album are very good. In the first week, the sale are a record for a women-singer in Germany (http://www.presseportal.de/pm/23162/3640540) ... then it's very good ... We don't know yet the final sales of this albumjochen wrote:Bad bad music
People here expected more
Its also not selling the amount public expected.
Wil probably be a 1 million sellr anyway but not more
Media Control are only guessing the numbers - they do NOT have the data of all German retailers.Isurrender wrote:Germany
#2 (#1) Helene Fischer (#1 on sales chart)
#18 (#8) Herzbeben
Honey this exists The labels, managers etc. are paying for it and can access it. I don't even think the BVMI (Bundesverband der Deutschen Musik Industrie) hat irgendeine Ahnung, wer was und wieviel wovon verkauft.
I find it grotesk that the third largest music industry in the world is not able to track sales. If I were a ceo of media control or GfK I would install a (nielsen) tracking system to scan sales from retail and the internet and release these numbers on a daily basis to paying BVMI members.
https://www.musicbusinessworldwide.com/ ... eyre-from/Helene Fischer’s self-titled eighth studio album became Germany’s fastest-selling LP of the past decade-and-a-half when it was released in May this year.
That’s real sales, by the way – not those crafty ‘streaming equivalents’ which can so easily skew a comparison in the history books.
Across downloads, CD and vinyl, ‘Helene Fischer’ shifted more than 300,000 copies in its first week, and is now expected to rack up seven figures before long.
With her tour coming up and the release of the release-concert it's most likely to be happen until Xmas.stevyy wrote:BVMI is so lazy in certifying music.
I hope this year's Christmas season sees the album fly to 1,000,000 in Germany.
Not yet up to date. The album has long since reached platinum certification in Switzerland. I think 2 or 3x platinumdiabloverde wrote:The álbum are not certificación internacional switwerland
