I think it's quite interesting to have a list of the highest attended, worldwide, ticketed, non-festival concerts ever reported by Billboard or Pollstar. (We already have one for US concerts only http://www.ukmix.org/forums/viewtopic.p ... sc&start=0)
This is not a complete list. If you know any other 75,000+ boxscores, feel free to add them.

Oasis played 2 nights at Knebworth in 1996 to a MINIMUM total crowd of 250,000. That's 125,000 average.

(Over 2.6 million people applied for tickets for the shows, making it the largest ever demand for concert tickets in British history)

No idea if there's a boxscore, but around 125,000 attended Michael Jackson's Bad World Tour concert at Aintree, Liverpool, in 1988 - I was one of them :D

Elton John - 1975 - Dodger Stadium L.A. 100000people (2 shows)

Besides: Elton played in front of 400000 people in 1980 in New York Central Park. But it was a free concert.

a-ha at Rock In Rio 1991 drew a crowd of 198,000! :o
This probably doesn't count here as it's a festival, but still that's a huge audience!

No official boxscores, as far as I know, but it is generally claimed:

Queen - Sao Paulo, Brazil - 1981 (131,000)
Queen - Sao Paulo, Brazil - 1891 (128,000)
Queen - Knebworth, UK - 1986 (120,000)
Queen - Budapest, Hungary - 1986 (80,000)

The Brazilian concerts are claimed to have been the biggest ever up to that point, in 1981.

There are higher figures for their Knebworth concert, some of as big as 180,000 and 200,000. But I believe they are wrong.

Maybe John2000 knows something, as he knows a lot of concert tours and he is a moderate Queen fan if I'm not wrong.

The Who played to ~700,000 people at the Isle of White festival in 1970. Festivals don't count though :P

As it has already been mentioned - Robbie played three nights at Knebworth - 125,000 each night in 2003. However those were actually not his highest attended gigs each - it was in Phoenix Park in Dublin during the same tour he played to just under 140,000 - the biggest gig in Irish history and obviously going by that list one of the biggest in world history in terms of tickets sold by one act.
