Released: 10th September 2001.
Samantha Mumba has improved with each successive single, and this fourth cut from her debut album is no exception. Quite possibly the best song she's released so far, you get the feeling it was created with conquering the US in mind. A high energy, instantly catchy, lavishly produced track, it has suffered one fatal flaw - for some reason, it hasn't picked up as much airplay as her previous releases. As a result, it may well become her first single not to make the Top 5.
Miss Mumba's gone all American on us with a track which could easily be mistaken for Christina Aguilera's "Come On Over Baby". This single, deemed to break her as more than a one hit wonder in the states, is a pop tune produced to pack a punch. With almost random sound bites and interludes in the middle to make the tune more interesting, and a sassy vocal performance from Sam, this is pretty darn good as far as pop goes.
