Released: 14th January 2002.
After a break of almost a year, we're presented with the first single from the "Missundaztood" album. Be prepared though - this is not the funky R&B sound we're used to from Pink, but an entrance into a softer, clubbier, dance sound which will no doubt appeal to a much wider audience than before. If it wasn't for George Harrison I would have easily predicted her first UK No. 1.
Having had huge success with urban label La Face and debut album "Can't Take Me Home", Pink surprises everyone by leaving her R&B roots behind on the first cut from her new album "Missundaztood". This retro pop offering seems weak in comparison to past hits "There You Go" and "Most Girls", as one fourth of the Lady Marmalade quartet softens her image to create mass appeal. Unfortunately I'm slightly disappointed with the outcome.
