Truth Hurts feat. Rakim - AddictiveNow this must surely be a contender for best song of the year so far. It's definitely one of the top hip-hop songs of the year, and I hope it does really well. It has a great beat, excellent vocals and an amazing tune - yet another great production from Dr Dre. It takes a sample from a Bollywood hit, and also has a great video. It will probably do well in the charts as it has had quite a bit of airplay and is very popular. It will probably make the Top 3, but I have my fingers crossed for a possible No. 1.

The debut from Aftermath's first lady Shari Watson, AKA Truth Hurts, is set to be this year's urban summer smash. The song lives up to its title with its attention grabbing Bollywood vocal sample over heavy beats, courtesy of DJ Quik. A cool rap interlude comes from Rakim, with the lady herself displaying strong vocals throughout that will set her apart from the rest. All in all an irresistible combination that will be HUGE!
