Released: 18th February 2013.

Since their 2009 comeback with "Hey, Soul Sister", Train have become a mainstay on Adult Contemporary radio with most of their singles, since then even managing to crossover to the Pop format. New single "Mermaid" is in keeping with the band's quirky, fun, and catchy formula. The instrumentation is impressive as always and the hook is memorable. The songwriting is pretty solid too and lead singer Pat Monahan's vocals fit this song like a glove. All in all, it's a pleasant listen even for those who aren't into this type of Pop/Rock, PG-13 stuff.
