Jermaine Dupri - InstructionsI think we can excuse Jermaine Dupri for taking three years to release his much anticipated follow-up to "Life In 1472". After all, he has been hugely busy producing hits for Jagged Edge, Lil' Bow Wow and Usher, to name a few.

So now it's finally his turn to step forward into the limelight, and he certainly doesn't disappoint with "Instructions".

Good luck in trying to get the catchy "Welcome To Atlanta" out of your head. The distinctive Dupri-style beats continue on the first single taken from the album, "Ballin' Out Of Control", which features Nate Dogg. This is quality Rap with remarkable production and absolutely kickin' tunes.

It is for this reason that it comes as no surprise the line-up of artists who are lending their voices.

Guests include Jay-Z, Kandi, Usher and Da Brat, Jagged Edge, Xscape and Ludacris, just to name some of the big rap and R&B stars of the industry, all on board to pay back their dues on an album that reminds us why Jermaine Dupri is the hottest rapper/producer at the moment.
