Released: 6th December 1999.
Once upon a time there was a man named Lou Bega. He released a record which sold lots of copies and got to number one all over Europe. "Hmm", he thought, "why don't I just release the same thing again but with different lyrics?" And so he did! Simply by switching the "1, 2, 3, 4, 5" for "6, 7, 8, 9, 10", and replacing the names of girls for those of places, he thinks he can con us into buying the same record yet again! Who does he think we are?
Lou may have got a girl, but he certainly doesn't have a hit on his hands. This has got to be some kind of misguided attempt at a self-parody. At least I hope that's what it is. People who hated "Mambo No. 5" avoid, people who liked it, you already own this.
