Spray can in hand, Maximo Park once again attempt to make their mark on the chart with this new single, following the Top 20 success of "Apply Some Pressure". Graffiti has the 'rock music you can dance to' ethic of Franz Ferdinand, and Geordie vocals to rival The Futureheads in the singing-in-your-own-accent stakes. Weighing in at just over three minutes and with a chorus that'll lodge in the most easily distracted of minds, it's a surefire hit.

Does anyone else think this, or am I the only person who can't see the fuss in Maximo Park? True, I can't really find much bad to say about this song, but it's hardly recommendable. It ekes of having been done many times before very recently, and rather like their chart debut "Apply Some Pressure", it's totally failed to make me find Maximo Park stand out from the crowd at all.
