Released: 16th May 2005.
This year's UK Eurovision entry has a Turkish vibe, borrowing elements from the winners of the last two years of the contest. Still, "Touch My Fire" does Javine justice, demonstrating her excellent vocal abilities, and should see the singer making a welcome return to the UK charts.
This release is crucial. First of all, it's shaping up to be one of this year's Eurovision Song Contest's fan favourites, unlike the two previous attempts from the UK, and secondly, it could save Javine's career. It's basically pop over ethnic beats - a style which has proved to be a winning formula in the Eurovision. It might not do big things on the night, but it should save Javine's career from the final chop.
