Released: 30th May 2005.
At long last, the debut single from New Orleans R&B chick, Teedra Moses. This track's been bubbling under for the best part of a year, and therefore could sound a little dated to some, that and the return of artists such as Faith Evans, Nivea and Amerie could see Teedra struggle this week. Still, it's an excellent introduction, in the shape of a mellow soul track, with another oomph to appeal to the R&B pop market too! The album "Complex Simplicity" finally hits this side of the Atlantic very soon too!
Urban U.S. vocalist Teedra Moses releases the slo-funk of 'Be Your Girl', a sincere, organic R&B track about T's crush on a guy. Taken from the "Complex Simplicity" record, it's about the most mainstream single she could release although I do see this tanking. Would love to be proved wrong!
