Released: 19th February 2001.

Lina's debut release is a mixture of R&B beats and 1930s style melodies and vocals. Sounds strange I know, and the result takes a little getting used to. However, it hasn't taken long for this refreshing take on R&B to grow on me. Lifted from her album "Stranger On Earth", it's certainly one of the standouts, and representative of what she's all about. Whether the nation has warmed to something so unfamiliar still hangs in the balance, but I for one hope they have.

Lina may not have been heard of by many people, but if you've been to see Craig David in concert, you might have seen her as his support act. I would describe the song as 'interesting', because it's a mixture of contemporary R&B and music which sounds as if it should be in a 1930s musical. Although this seems like a strange combination, it actually works quite well, and with Lina's vocals it sounds even better.
