Rachel Stevens - I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)Rachel Stevens may not have succeeded with her latest efforts, but she always comes out with excellent pop tunes. The third single to be lifted from her forthcoming "Come And Get It" album, "I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)" follows the same path. Back to the formula which has given Rachel her biggest hits, this is a funky and upbeat number with an edgy feel - thanks to an irresistible guitar riff - and the most clever and ironic lyrics you could wish for. Catchy verses, a singalong but quirky chorus and a dynamic and sultry vocal performance make up the rest of the show. Pure fun and energy, this is another outstanding offering from Ms Stevens, which should give her a well deserved Top 5 hit.

Rachel Stevens seems to get better and better with every single she releases. "I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)" follows successfully on from its big sisters "Negotiate With Love" and "So Good" in time for the release of her second album "Come And Get It". Sounding like a mash up of Holly Valance's "State Of Mind" and Adam & The Ants' "Antmusic", this is a quality, catchy pop record that will have you hooked from the first second. I hope this will be No. 1, because Rachel deserves it with songs this good.
