McFly - I Wanna Hold YouThey've barely finished their second UK tour and already it's single time again for McFly... jeez, they must be knackered. Anyway, this is the third single from the superb "Wonderland" album. Quirky, catchy and above all rocky, with an interesting video involving Busted-esque jumps and women emerging from silver paint (don't ask, you'll have to watch it to understand), this turns out to be one of their strongest and best singles yet. Definitely worth investigation, even if you're not a fan.

From their "Wonderland" album, "I Wanna Hold You" is further proof that with every release, McFly are sounding increasingly retro and less like the cheese of Busted. Still, like many previous McFly songs, this sounds very MOR - even verging on bland - which isn't aided by their very clichéd lyrics.
