Released: 7th November 2005.
Jamiroquai follow the success of "Feels Just Like It Should" and the mellow "Seven Days In Sunny June" with another long-titled single, "(Don't) Give Hate A Chance". Already the third cut from their recent effort "Dynamite", this dance/pop track is filled with positivity as well as a great anthemic feel and strong production. It also moves in a very different direction to their two previous singles - unexpected has always been the band's (and Jay Kay's) trademark. Anyway, this is a feel good pop track, which will go down as one of the band's finest.
Jay Kay and his band can always be relied on for their perfect disco songs. They've been doing so for over a decade now, and quite frankly, this song is no exception. It's got all the elements of a classic Jamiroquai track put together perfectly, but maybe it's a bit too much of the same sort of thing. If you've got their earlier work, there's no real need to buy another rather identical one. Expect it to go Top 20 at least due to blanket Radio 1 coverage.
