Britney’s touring history in the UK

Shows - Tour - Attendance - Gross - Adjusted Gross
    9/9 shows - Oops!... I Did It Again Tour - 121,279 - $4,441,558 - ($6,499,995 in 2018)
    9/9 shows - The Onyx Hotel Tour - 95,669 - $5,220,374 - ($6,964,349 in 2018)
    9/9 shows - The Circus Starring Britney Spears - 154,010 - $11,156,119 ($13,104,541 in 2018)
    6/8 shows - The Femme Fatale Tour - 48,791 - $3,729,515 - ($4,178,289 in 2018)

We’re missing two Femme Fatale Tour shows (Birmingham and Sheffield), so going by the average per show ($621,586), that’s another $1.243,172 for a grand total of $4,972,687 (65,053 tickets).

    Average Gross:
    Oops!... I Did It Again Tour - $493,506 - ($722,221 in 2018)
    The Onyx Hotel Tour - $580,041 - ($773,816 in 2018)
    The Circus Starring Britney Spears - $1,239,568 - ($1,456,060 in 2018)
    The Femme Fatale Tour - $621,586 - ($696,381 in 2018)

    Average Attendance:
Oops!... I Did It Again Tour - 13,475
The Onyx Hotel Tour - 10,629
The Circus Starring Britney Spears - 17,112
The Femme Fatale Tour - 8,131

Oops!... I Did It Again Tour was 83.69% sold out
The Onyx Hotel Tour was 96.71% sold out
The Circus Starring Britney Spears was 96.57% sold out
The Femme Fatale Tour was 76.12% sold out

    Missing Shows:
10/30/2011 - Genting Arena - Birmingham, United Kingdom
11/05/2011 - FlyDSA Arena - Sheffield, United Kingdom

Total Reported Gross: $24,547,566 (32/34 shows)
Total Reported Attendance: 419,749 (32/34 shows)
    Total Estimated Gross: $25,790,738
    Total Estimated Attendance: 436,011

‘Piece of Me’ will boost these figures by a good $10 million or so, and she will hit half a million ticket sales. I hope we get boxscores for all the shows.

I will be posting Germany next!

    Touring:
Britney: Piece of Me: 137.7 million
Femme Fatale Tour: less than 85 million and more than 82 million, so 84.5 million is realistic.
    Circus Tour: 142.5 million
The Onyx Hotel Tour: 35.1 million
Dream Within a Dream Tour: 56.8 million
    Oops! Tour: 43.6 million
...Baby One More Time: 20 million

    Total: 520 million
+ Piece of Me Tour: 32.2 million (25 million from asian shows and 7.2 million from north american shows so far)

    Total: 552 million

So can we agree at this point she surpassed 550 million on tour gross? Coming for 600 million mark next year with the new residency

She did 18 dates in Europe (2 were festivals), so 16 proper dates and she pulled big crowds in every single show she did (big packed Arenas), I would be really surprised if she gets an average lower than $1,5m gross for her shows in Europe.

    16 dates * $1,5m (average) = $24million

Its not really that hard to pull, I don't think she's grossing anywhere lower than $20m for the European leg.

I see wiki said FF tour got less than 70 million, it has not updated yet?

The $68.7 million gross is a terrible Pollstar estimate. For 3 tours they are doing this to her: Circus Tour ($131.8 million), Femme Fatale Tour ($68.7 million) and the asian shows from Piece of Me Tour ($9 million)... I'm ready for Year End 2018.

There is literally no way she only performed in front of 3,000 people in London. Even 2011. Like, thats impossible. They would have cancelled the show and the arena would have been empty since Wembley is a huge arena.

Wembley Arena isn’t that big, 9k is probably not far off top end of most music concerts there.

Comparatively, the O2 numbers on the same tour are much healthier - I wonder if most opted to flock to those shows instead.

Well, unfortunately the boxscore is 100% real and this pic speaks for itself...

It was the third show so I guess it isn’t that terrible all things considered (although still embarrassing). Honestly tho, this just proves how far she’s come in terms of touring. Look at this video from last week’s third London show:

It was absolutely packed, in a much bigger venue and without Groupon needed. I was there.

Okay, well, if its real then I don't know. Why did they even bother with a 32% sold out show? Those 252k couldn't even have covered the costs.

I'm so glad 2011 is long gone with those FF-Esque boxscores

Right now her demand increased and she's pulling her biggest shows, crowds and boxscores since 2009

Whew, this is amazing I thought we didn’t have any info for this show! 62k is a huge number - she was truly a force during the ‘Britney’ era.

That's a great attendance figure for Belgium, but a considerably lower boxscore than I would've expected due to ticket pricing (average ticket price of just $83.39).

Tickets weren't expensives. And the currency conversion didn't help the gross look better.

I was already expecting for $1.4 million and 16k and I'm glad that they sent it with 100% waiting for the rest of the leg. Can't wait for the London, Paris, Manchester and others like Oslo and Monchen boxscores.

    BOXOFFICE
$8,588,369 gross and 50,785 tickets in 9 shows.

That’s her biggest crowd for a show in Belgium over 16k , I would say that’s a success for her, I’m hoping London pulled at least 15k per show for a total of 45k

Euro currency was depreciated compare to Dollar, so the conversation effect the revenue when convert to Dollar.

Look at the euro revenue, Britney got the most ever.

If not dollar was not appreciated, the revenue in dollar will be higher and avg price per ticker would about 100$.

So, don’t forget about ticket price in euro term, they will have rate price range and won’t change even currency fluctuation.

About who thought the ticket was cheap, you’re wrong. It’s normal in euro. But recently Dollar currency got appreciation.
I mean if euro currency was bomb last month, maybe this date would get only 100k dollars (and you immediately say it’s flop, right).

PS. every artists who tour in Europe this year will experience this depreciation of euro as well.
