And hey, Salad (do you remeber "Drink The Elixir"?) is back with the very very very cute song. And Devon Welsh with the charming "Faces". I had to reward him with a * as well.

This is my last list of favourite songs before the vacation trip. On July 13 my wife and me are going to Denmark. Our residency will be in Sønderborg. We will travel around Denmark, and also visit Germany (mainly for the lower-cost goods). Each of us knows that Denmark is er ... not the cheapest country in the world . Hope that our trip will be as fantastic as last year's journey to America.. Back on 29/07.
Meanwhile, keep on rockin'. Hope to see you in August.Comment

Ride - Repetition - not bad at all
Oruã - Vitin - one of my faves of the batch
Dead Sound - Do You Fear? - buzzin'
Press Club - Thinking About You - familiar guitar sound
Out of two new The Futureheads' songs I'd prefer "Good Night Out"Waffles are checked cookiesComment

Thanks, navi. Missed you too.
Well, we arrived in the early hours (around 7.30), and the temperature was little below 20°C. Weather is quite variable in Denmark. Yeah, we also had 2 or 3 days over 30°C, which is absolute rarity in this country.Comment

nice to see you back! good start.
some highlights & thoughts:
Deep Deep Water - Something In The Water - got this trance-like groove
Dry Cleaning - Magic Of Meghan - classical The Fall sound gets revisited (for a reason)
The Murder Capital - Don't Cling To Life - post-punk revival aesthetics coming to life, I still remember that Editors debut record
Tennis System - Turn - loved the dorky music video slightly more than the song itself
Clause - In My Element - a little bit of youthful indie looks
HAPAX - Parallel Words - the guys must tone down the gothic looks, it's almost cartoon-ish
Oliver Marson - Cocaine Romance - oh, that's brilliant
Devon Welsh - War - hypnotic music videoWaffles are checked cookiesComment
