Dandelion has been permanently banned

User Dandelion has been banned for a period of 7 days for continuing to cause arguments in the Mariah Carey general artists topic.

Despite a previous formal warning (which followed numerous informal warnings in the topic), behaviours haven't changed and the same arguments are being rehashed.

Clearly not wanting to change behaviours, Dandelion has persistently caused upset in the Mariah topic over the last couple of months. This is in spite of countless chances [at least 3 warnings and 2 bans].

With this in mind, I am issuing Dandelion with a 1 month ban - upon their return, Dandelion will be given a final chance to change his/her behaviours. Failing that, the ban becomes permanent.
