I've seen rumors about a EP but nothing has been confirmed by Gaga or her team.
John Wayne wasn't released as a single. She just released a video. Perfect Illusion and Million Reasons were singles.

Its a good track, but thing earth shattering. I'd give it 6 out of 10. Its acceptable but maybe a stomping remix can turn it into a catchy thing.

She is not clueless, she want to reinvent herself and test waters to keep her boat afloat. But unfortunately not every style suits her and that is what she needs to keep in mind.

How on earth someone sings something jazzy with Mr Bennette, then sang a duet with Metallica, does some country music and then claim to be a pop sensation? The audience would be mixed up.

Her first album and its follow up EP showcased her talent... everything else has been a stretch both sonically and visually.

Dont get me wrong as she still had plenty of good tracks after her initial era, but for nothing sounded consistent as her first.

The Fame was a HOT MESS except for half or less of the album.. completely overrated..

Her music has done nothing but get better since that era.

It's following a popular musical trend now which is used by the Chainsmokers. Yet, when I first listened to it I thought about Eh, Eh and It reminds me of her earlier work like Second Time Around or Nothin On But the Radio. It's like a mix of current sounds with her old stuff.

For the past few years she's alienated her fan base and her image in front of the GP and that has definitely hurt her name in music. With the track now she's is somehow "back on track" I would say as it's doing a LOT better than all of her past recent singles . Alienating your fans is never a good thing. Experimenting is one thing, being clueless is another one.

I blame her critics for this one. It felt like everyone was moaning that she was too over the top and needed to calm down, go more mainstream, and lose what made her interesting. So now we have this generic rubbish.

There's so many basic, uninspired artists out there... Gaga didn't need to join them. Bring back the fun and creativity of BTW or Artpop. They may not have been perfect records, but at least they were unique and interesting. :(
