Considering a weekly #1 sells less than 15k pure sales i think that's pretty much possible.

If she had bothered doing any promotion since the album release then maybe she would have fared better. I love the album but she’s being so lazy! She went on holiday the week it was released! :x

What even counts as promotion these days though? I saw her on Loose Women, but there's not exactly much opportunity for promotion now, it's not as easy as just forcing your way onto awards shows etc.

Another updat3 from Alright, Still. It sold 2,000 since the release of No Shame (1,143,325 sales)

Getting nominated for the mercury music prize was really helpful for her. At least it will add a few more copies onto the total. She also has the tour and hopefully will release another few singles to keep the album out there.

I know it’s going to be awful but does anyone have updates UK figures for no shame please? She must have had a minor boost from the mercury nomination amongst other things. She also has been promoting the book which may have inadvertently promoted the album.

I’m really really pleased how many live shows she has planned to keep performing and promoting the album. There’s a European tour and an Australian leg and quite a few American dates aswell I believe.

It would be really cool if there was a way to include a download code for the album with every purchase of her autobiography considering its a best seller and a huge success. That would have really boosted her numbers.

Mercury prize is approaching too. Do we have most up to date figures for the album please?

No Shame has sold 3000 since being nominated. Total Sales are 17,900 so far.

So should cross 20,000 soon.

I have this feeling she may win.
