I'd completely forgotten that Mel was introduced as the sister of vicar Alex Healy and daughter of Jeff Healy who dated Pauline. The actor who played Jeff had previously played Brian Wicks, Pat's ex and father of Simon/step-father of David.

This is the Sharon I enjoy, able to stand on her own two feet. I'm liking Keira more as a villain now.

So it sounds like Hunter isn't Steve's by Mel shutting Ciara down when she mentioned that. Who else's could it be unless she slept with someone off-screen like Phil or Ian? Also, she's surely still a wanted woman for jumping bail?
I don’t want Phil to have another love child. It would be more interesting if it were Ian’s. The Beale family unit isn’t working at all. They need Jane back.
The whole Hunter thing was just a retread of Sharon keeping the truth from Dennis.
LOL at Honey having George Benson on repeat in the flat.
Well Shirley truly dropped Tina in it
So long ago I forgot Tina knocked Janet over!

Emma Barton playing a blinder there. Glad she’s finally got some good material.

Let's have Honey enter full revenge mode, buy a bodice and give Jack a good seeing to.
As if Hunter would've never googled his dad before this week![]()
I hate that he was using voice control to google Steve. It irked me.
He thought he was a normal loving dad. Why would he Google him?Originally Posted by Thriller

Mel's story was so ridiculous she painted him as a local celebrity, I'd have been googling him to find out more.
Thankfully that foster child and her annoying new dads have gone. Whoever this skank at the end is can do one though.
Stacey has become such a hateful person. I know people complained that she just turned into a frumpy housewife but a lot of that was character progression. I don’t want the nasty Stacey back tbh.
Agree. I think her character, frumpy housewife or not, was a true reflection of everything she'd been through and we still saw glimmers of old Stacey now and again like when she squared up to Karen.
Except this has been the best side storyline in a while. As someone who grew up with parents that fostered kids, they did a pretty good job at expressing what happens when kids move on.Originally Posted by Thriller
I think Arshad and Miriam are going to be pretty good long term characters. They’re slightly isolated at the moment but they’re a good fit for the show. Miriam and Dot will work well together... just wait until they start quoting the Bible and Koran to each other![]()

She’s been in baby mode for the last few years, but I’ve really enjoyed her character development as a result - most characters don’t get any when they have a baby.Originally Posted by Spartan

Don’t know why they’re continuing with this Aiden storyline? I can’t imagine anyone anywhere is enjoying it.
Because an old man and some random guy could beat Vincent up thoughOriginally Posted by Spartan

I enjoy Richard Blackwood’s bulging eyes acting.
That was one of the worst episodes I've ever seen, I don't understand anything that was happening. Who was that random girl Tina was sat with in the cafe?
Honey and Billy's marital problems and that girl who turned up the other week apparently in hunt of Masood's relatives just all abandoned in favour of a shite variety act?
I haven’t seen it but I’ve jsut read the exact same thing all over the internet. Can’t wait to watch it.
