    Bump for the release tomorrow!
There seems to be a good amount of hype for this single, hopefully it will surprises us all since most of us aren't expecting much since Avril's last era didn't do very well and the long break she took. This is her first release in the streaming era

I’ve got zero expectations for this. Just making the Top 100 in the big markets is my goal considering Xtina’s lead didn’t even manage it

Of course she won't have a smash hit but Avril does command more streaming power than Xtina tho. I can't see Avril doing equal or worse than Xtina, IMO she'll outperform her pretty much everywhere.

So far all of her previous 5 studio albums produced at least one Top 20 single on the Hot 100 (her more recent one "Here's to never growing up" peaking at #20), that's something Xtina hasn't done with her studio albums since 2006.

I'm not saying Avril will repeat the Top 20 streak with this era, but she does have more demand than Xtina IMO and I can see her pulling a Top 75 or even Top 50 lead single on the Hot 100.

Well, maybe. But her releasing the song on Wednesday might do her some damage. Hopefully the song will be a slow burn!

I hope you will actually keep the OP updated. Not that there will be much to update.

    I will! I'm a big fan

Song leaked. It's great! They should have released it at midnight though - noon PST is a random hour but i'll trust BMG

Sounds really good, I hope she can have some success. I’m tired of big pop artist flopping even with great albums

^ that’s true, two days of sales are probably not enough for a Billboard Top 100 entry. Hopefully she promotes it soon, it deserves a good position.

Good! I guess Fly's performance really set my expectations low despite it not being a lead single

Oh, Even Mariah's GTFO got to #2 on itunes and it won't even chart on the Hot 100 . . . Don't worry much about itunes. The key here is how Spotify, Youtube and Radio will take this song.

This is her first release in the streaming era so lets see how she adapts to these platforms. She's always been good on Youtube, let's see how the Spotify audience deals with her.
