Yas this needs to be Uptown Funk Pt. II and put Miley back on the map so she can follow up with a sequel of Bangerz
I've heard rumours that she's keeping the country influence. Please no.
It depends how much of the influence though because although Party in the USA was pop it had a country vocal thang to it.
Miley is interesting she can sing over an Urban beat with a country vocal
Forever Young
Could be interesting.
Looking forward to it, have enjoyed most things she's done over the last years
So excited.

Yes, sounds like it could be a good collab.
I'm torn. I love Miley but "Uptown Funk" is one of the most annoying songs I have ver heard.
I loved Uptown funk! but i couldn't imagine Miley singing a song like that. I'm hoping for a bop similar to Electricity.Originally Posted by Mainshow

I think the title indicates another country bop similar to Malibu.

While not a big fan of Uptown Funk, I just want something that will become a hit and put her back in the spotlight
This will be very Perfect Illusion, just watch.
Interesting.
So excited. The Queen is coming back. It feels like forever since Miley released anything new, even though Younger Now was only released last year. Speaking of Younger Now, it is a brilliant album that the gp slept on. I hope this new song doesn't suffer the same fate. Miley deserves a hit song.
The only time I liked her music was from her last era. I'm hoping it's similar
Country Miley flopped, it's time she bring Pop Miley back.
Mariah saved Xmas and Gaga is saving Pop and Hollywood.
She just released a very short snippet on her instagram. Doesn't sound country at all.
Also, this is coming Nov 29.

It's hard to get anything from the snippet but I liked the last album and am glad we got it purely for the amazing title track Younger Now. Truthfully she needs to return to the modern Bangerz style productions but with a cleaner image and lyrics.
This is the first single from Mark's album, which according to a BBC interview is a series of sad-bangers featuring contributions from Miley, Lykke Li and Yebba.
Mark also played them the single when they were interviewing him
The lead taster track is the futuristic country-tinged Nothing Breaks Like a Heart featuring Cyrus - whose most recent album Younger Now saw her reclaim her folksy Tennessee roots which preceded her current status as a pop superstar.
"It wasn't an intentional thing," says Ronson of the chugging country disco beat and acoustic guitar riff. "I heard the drawl in her voice and the twang when I saw her live on SNL (Saturday Night Live). My jaw dropped and I became super-fixated about being able to work with her.
"But we weren't trying to make a Western song. I think with Miley, just the way she wrote the verses and the way the melody came out, came naturally."
I'm ready for this. Also, Mark + Lykke? OMG Yas! I'm here for it.
Why do i feel that this song wouldn't be out of place on Golden?![]()
