Someone has trolled this hard Ann Lee, Sinitta, Victoria Beckham, Kimberley Walsh... Ashley Roberts!?

Nice to see some people like BETSY, Clare Maguire, JONES, Little Boots, Tracy Thorn and Laura Welsh getting votes; if Id made a longer list they may have featured.

Heather Small was my #20 - I was one of the UKMIX Homies after all, plus M People are of my favourite ever groups.

I forgot to vote for Dannii! Shed have maybe been in my top 10.

    FFS - forgot about JONES.

Melt is probably my favourite discovery of 2017, with New Skin one of my favourite albums. What a brilliant talent.

Great to see Carole King here. My favorite performance was when she performed at Divas Live with Shania, Celine and Gloria Estefan (You've Got A Friend).
She has written and sung so many great songs. My favorite album is Tapestry no doubt.
She has written so many great songs. And many of my favorite singers have sung her songs:

    Celine Dion | The Reason
Mariah Carey | If It's Over
Martika | I Feel The Earth Move
Debbie Gibson | Will You Love Me Tomorrow
Eternal | I Feel The Earth Move

You must know the Gilmore Girls theme song, thats also her song (though covered by another artist)

Where You Lead is also my favourite Carole song. I enjoy her stuff on occasion, its very cosy.

Carole King, Legendary Song-writer. But as a singer, I honestly think she didn't have much impact as her song writing credits.

Yay for Carole squeaking into the top 100 - she truly left her mark on the 60s and 70s.

I listened to an entire Carole album yesterday whilst preparing her presentation (the album was called Colour Of Your Dreams - I'd never heard it before) and it was brilliant, I've discovered a real gem of a song called Lay Down My Life. Would highly recommend!

She is arguably the most important American female songwriter of the 20th Century, right up there with Joni Mitchell and Dolly Parton - I always find that with acts like Carole (Joni and Dolly also), you never quite know how good they are unless you delve into their catalogue, and search beyond the big hits.

    Carole is phenomenal.
