I’ve opened this thread because I feel it will help you organise/keep you upto date with campaigns. Campiagns get lost very easily in the general Mariah thread so this should be great for Christmas and other future projects similar to #JusticeForGlitter, Stream Parties etc

Good shout, although I’m hoping they have plans for the song ‘Caution’ so I personally think any songs from the Caution album are best to be campaigned to coincide with official releases until the era is done and then we can work on any Caution gems later on. That’s what I think anyway.

I think what’s important is going with a majority vote as we need the majority to stay interested and help make it work. But if you feel a’Caution’ track is best then vote ‘other’ and then we can pick which track with another poll. But I think it’s a given we will support a track from ‘caution’ anyway and it’s probably better to campaign the new album with each official release.

Alrernatively we coudl tie tie in a caution track, eg caution + winning poll song as sort of a Anniversary bonus but if it gets too complicated people will loose interest.

Once the somg is chosen we should do a poll to select a suitable hash tag.

This year the Janet Day wasn't as big as the first one but there were still quite a few tweets about it. I unfortunately didnt follow as closely to see if it had any impact beyond social media.

I'm not comparing the magnitude of the situations though. Rather, I'm recognising a comparable opportunity to promote Mariah. The opportunity being having a central day, no matter when it falls on the calendar, for fans to "appreciate" the artist.

we have the best airplay in bloody ages (yes it’s still small) and we are not taking advantage of this why? Increase in streams along with that airplay should achieve at least a low end hot 100 entry
