My parents are because of religion. What is your reason? I adore people who can insist on it. My parents have been vegans for 10 years!

I'm a vegetarian, don't think I could be a vegan. I only have free-range eggs, anyway. I admit the milk thing worries me but life is difficult enough being a vegetarian sometimes as it is.

Nah I'm not a vegan, though I've always wanted to be a vegetarian. My parents won't let me, though.

It's definitely something I've seriously considered. I think I'd struggle, to be honest, but it's always worth trying... for the same reasons as Steven gave.
This post is highly unlikely to be serious. Please treat it accordingly. Unless it's music-related, in which case I'm damn well right.

A vegan is a person who doesn't eat meat or anything else from animals i.e milk or eggs
And they also don't use any products that have animal fats or oils in them. Tiger, what you are tlaking about is a lactose-vegetarian. Although my knowledge of 4th form Food and Nutrition maybe failing me here.... Muzik may know, as he was in my class....

I don't think I could handle being vegan. I like meat to much... :-?

I like the idea of being a vegeterian but ... I eat too much meat, but I admire people there are vegetrians!

I don't eat that much carbo's, so maybe i'm helping out the wheat and rice crops?!

Vegans? Hell, I couldn't even ever be a vegetarian, let alone a vegan!

Couldn't live without meat, milk or eggs. No way.

Hmm. Why does that not surprise me? I bet you only eat British beef too.

I've been a vegetarian for 10 years. Don't really ever remember it being a struggle. I hate tofu though. And I work in a steak house. I give people advice on what steak to have and everything!

I could easily live without milk and eggs, just not meat! So I guess I'm a meat-eating vegan ... yeah, or not.

I'm always surprised at how popular steaks are (says she who works in a steak house). They're just... meat. But then I have never eaten one so maybe that's why I can't understand the appeal.

I've always thought its a little silly being vegan, and even vegetarian, after all thats what the animals are there for. If we didn't eat them it would be safe to say there would be very few cows and sheep in the country to actually worry about. Meat eaters are actually creating life.
