so as the album's been out for quite a few weeks already and I listened to it a lot already, i'd say

    BRILLIANT
    I Forgot That You Existed
    Cruel Summer
    I Think He Knows
Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince
    Cornelia Street
    London Boy
    Soon You'll Get Better
    You Need To Calm Down

    GOOD
    Lover
    The Man
    The Archer
    Paper Rings
    ME!
It's Nice To Have A Friend

    OKAY
    Death By A Thousand Cuts
    Afterglow
    Daylight

    NOT FEELING IT
    False God

It's a good album, not quite sure where to rank it among her other albums. It's definitely better than her worst album (which is still pretty good), RED, not sure if it's better than Fearless and/or Debut. Time will tell.

Yeah now I've had more time to absorb it, my revised rankings:

    Best
    Cruel Summer
    Lover
Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince
    Death by a Thousand Cuts

    Great
    The Man
    You Need to Calm Down
    Soon You'll Get Better
    Paper Rings

    Good
    Cornelia Street
    I Think He Knows
    ME!

    Ok
    Afterglow
    London Boy
    I Forgot You Existed

    Meh
    The Archer
    Daylight
    False God
It's Nice to Have a Friend

It was interesting, I saw a survey of Swifties on how their initial thoughts had changed to now. Death By a Thousand Cuts was the track that had grown on everyone the most.

It's the best song on the album but of course the 14 year olds like paper rings and spelling is fun songs more

I'm thinking of going to Gdynia as well. Have you ever been to that festival?
Is it possible to buy a day-ticket just for Taylor?

I need to wait until mid-October because I don't know when I will have my exams.. should be around June/July/August/September (dates for exams are usually quite spread at my university)

Yes, I've been to Open'Air Festival many times when I was a bit younger

I love to come back there again someday... but I don't know if I am able to survive 4-days-drinking-partying rollercoaster

Yeah it is possible to buy one-day-tickets and I think they're available already.... mind you, some of those tickets variants are not possible to be returned...

You lowered two my favourite tracks and my age is very far from 14.
My celebrity crushes : Monika Sedziuviene, Kristina Ivanova (YVA).

Dreamer, you must to visit Lithuania and see/listen a live concert of your YVA strawberries.

How old are you then? 8? Jk well everyone has their own taste, but I was just pointing out that it's no surprise that twitter teens prefer other tracks to False God

I dunno, I feel like False God is liked mainly by people who don't typically like Taylor tracks. Which is an interesting dynamic, as it shows she can appeal to different crowds should she choose to. For me though, I just can't get into it.

Still rinsing Death by a Thousand Cuts at this point. The bridge on that and Cruel Summer are so damn, why do so many songs not have bridges anymore? It's the best part of the song.

Remove I Forgot You Existed, Me! and YNTCD and maybe add in another country ballad or just a song that makes it a bit more sonically varied and I think this would be my favourite Taylor album. The songs are so light and there’s a real sense of maturity. Still jamming a month later

Exactly. I have no idea what they were thinking with those single choices. If "Lover" was the lead single, I think it would have smashed and become one of her biggest songs. They killed the era with those single choices tbh. (I know the era isn't dead but it would have been much bigger)

She performed "Lover" and "False God" on Saturday Night Live. FG was an interesting choice.

I've only seen the False God performance. I liked it...I thought it was interesting - not particularly exciting or poor. It wasn't anything special though because I felt like we've seen this sort of performance before.

    I love False God though.
