instead I ask for it to you all

No, I don't mean all RHCP, I mean all artists.
Maybe you go to your local library to ask the staff to get those certifications? Or you email the national record association of Italy. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure Californication sold much more in the UK too, but they didn't updated the certification =( all of those are official certifications that you can get by searching Recording Industry Associations websites of those countries. For UK, go to www.bpi.co.uk
