'More Than Words' is beautiful, what a shame that the band became a one-hit wonder.

Thanks, Benny - from the many you've quoted, I think "More Than Words" is the one I still hear the most on
the radio nowadays (with "Gypsy Woman" and, to a lesser extent, "Sadeness" probably the next most often
    played).

Extreme are certainly one-hit wonders as far as my chart is concerned - but (even though I've been listening to
the weekly chart for over forty years), I'm amazed to find now that they actually had eight other hits in the UK,
five of which made the top twenty!

Apart from "More Than Words", I was expecting to find just one more - "Hole Hearted", as that was the only
single from them that I even remembered the title of - but I doubt I would recognise that, nor any of the
others, if I heard it now.

There are some fantastic choices in your 1991 chart, especially "Luton Airport" (re-issue ???), "Winter Wonderland" and my favourite song of 1991"A Message To Your Heart".

Add "Morgen Wordt Alles Anders" in my YouTube playlist.
My celebrity crushes : Monika Sedziuviene, Kristina Ivanova (YVA).

Dreamer, you must to visit Lithuania and see/listen a live concert of your YVA strawberries.

    Thanks, LastDreamer!

"Luton Airport" wasn't re-issued - it reached my chart twelve years after release because I didn't manage to
get a copy until then! Back in 1978/1979, when I was fourteen/fifteen years old, I tended to wait for singles
to reach the bargain bins - and some never did.

I don't know whether much of her television and film work would have reached your part of the world, but
Samantha Janus (now Samantha Womack) is much more well known as an actress rather than a singer.

"Morgen Wordt Alles Anders" was Bonnie St Claire's highest-peaking song in my chart, on its way to number
four. But it only spent six months in the chart, while her duet with Jose "Zoals Vrienden Doen" (a cover
version of Abba's "The Way Old Friends Do") had peaked at number 16, and spent eleven months there - so
this is a few places higher in the overall ranking.
