One of the most disturbing scenes in recent memory.

I love the movie, but the book PUSH is also amazing.

Gee, this was a really horrible movie to watch. It manipulates the viewer's emotions and piles up one tragedy after another, that halfway through I was really unsurprised by all the sh*t coming her way. The barrage of mishaps made me numb by the end. :-? It was like Lars von Trier's Dancer In The Dark except less artistic and also lacking in novelty value.

That being said, Mo'Nique was great!

Bjork was also great in 'Dancer'.

That was undeniable, and she deserved an Oscar too (or at least a nomination!).

It's a classic tbh (and a lowkey comedy).

Rewatched it for the 100th time yesterday and I’m still shook. Kween’s role/look in particular is iconik!

This would have been an even better movie is Precious the character wasn't made too tragic the girl legit was on the borderline of being a member of the LGBTQI+ with all the trauma they put towards her character.

I think they should have removed a couple big things from her and she would have been relatable and not more of a joke. It got too much at the end with the addtions of issues and traumas
