Having just heard this track twice on TV this evening - backing an animated piece explaining the physiology of a 100m runner on ZDF's coverage of the European athletics championships, and just now on BBC Two's "Coast" - I felt compelled to make a thread!

Released in this form in 1996, it just crept into the UK Top 40. I saw the single in the Virgin Megastore in Dublin, and felt that I had to buy it, so brought it to a listening post. It became my favourite track of that year.

It features an uncredited vocal sample from Tori Amos' "Me And A Gun".

Incidentally, the version featured twice on TV tonight was the dreamy Sargasso Sea mix.

After a hiatus, Malcolm Stanners and David Gates are back, with new material set to flow soon.

which year it was re-released? 2000?

I missed it's 1st release, found out on the second...

Even if I've heard it only few times, I remember that it's great trance tune.

I only heard it on it's re-release which I'm sure was towards the end of 1999. Made top 20 in my personal chart at the time.
