Second series of Jed Mercurio's crime thriller series about corruption in the police force. Keeley Hawes is the lead in this one and is the main figure under investigation at the start. Jessica Raine from Call The Midwife is a new addition and love interest for the guy last seen under investigation. This is thrilling twisty-turny stuff, the last scene in episode one is literally jawdropping!

This is the biggest revelation in a great many months for me - its probably the best British drama I've watched since...A Touch Of Frost? Its absolutely sensational.

    Keeley's acting is also awards-worthy >>>

That said, I am now convinced that she's not corrupt - my money is on the Det. Chief Supt. that seemingly serves as DCC Dryden's lacky - forgot his name, he's a foul character though!

I am loving Supt. Hastings too - fantastic acting from him, the DS and DC of AC12.

All in all, this had better win some bloody awards.

I really didn't want her to be part of the conspiracy! :(

This has been absolutely FANTASTIC since episode one, never losing pace. Bloody loved it.

It was a bit disappointing after all that build-up. The writer says justice not being done reflects life but after showing us she really wasn't essentially bad but still ending it with that judgement it seems not right. But Cottan lives on to be a central figure in series 3 and may yet get what's due.

It nearly beat ITV's Law and Order UK in ratings. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tv/news/a55 ... c-two.html

I watched the first series a few weeks ago and thought it was great, but the second was amazing!

The scene in the first episode when Georgia was thrown from the window, one of the most unexpected I've ever seen

I really thought Lindsay was guilty until she went to prison, then I felt really bad for her and when she took Manish out with the car it was a great moment. Then I started to think she was guilty again when she went back home on bail, you really did never know! Keeley Hawes was fantastic, a new side to her in this role too.

Love Vicky McClure as Kate, marriage material she is. Great pairing with DS Arnott.

I had to read this to get my head around the finale, so many people involved it all got a bit muddled. It's a shame Lindsay got the brunt of it especially at the end when she had minimal involvement! I just hope Dot gets his comeuppance soon.

Nice to see you got on board at last! I was wondering where you were. You'll notice Craig Parkinson is now in Prey which kind of colours your perception of that character.

    The finale was INSANE.

Probably the most gripping UK drama I have ever seen.

Another fantastic series, lots of twists and turns and a really well played out finale. Denton being murdered and then having nobody at her funeral was a shame!

It seemed like that might be the last series too? :(

Hope, already confirmed to be a forth series.

I was so gutted over Denton's death - I wanted her to be vindicated.

Watched all of these and loved it! Lindsey Denton... What an amazing character!

I just love how pretty much a whole episode is filmed at an interrogation desk. Goes to show how good the writing and acting is - able to keep audiences gripped for such a simple setup is brilliant,

    Roll on season 4&5!!
